Just because most reviews are by kids doesn't mean this is a kiddie comic. The artwork, storyline, and violence is all a treat. Read Vols. 1-5 first, and then read this one. I really like this book along with all the other volumes but this one is the best of all. Its the best one bacause the best attack is used and its very suspensful because Gohan seems to have run out of power. It is sad because the main character Goku dies. Trunks is dead but Vegeta is the good fight. I am also a little angry at goku for not coming back to life oh well at least i know he will come back overall it was a good book along with the others.

This is volume 21 in Akira Toriyama's classic manga Dragon Ball Z! This volume continues in the world tournament and things really get intense! First we have Goten vs Trunks and the best match in this volume: Videl vs Spopovich! This match was gruesome and bloody as Videl was brutally beatened by Spopovich. I can't help but to feel bad for Videl because she is my favorite character in DBZ and she didn't deserve the beating she got. Anyways buy this volume of Dragon Ball Z: an epic loved by male and females and you will experience Toriyama's action epic!

That's right. This is the expensive Japanese version. Just buy it in English. The entire Dragon Ball graphic novel series (taking place before Dragon Ball Z)is available in English for $8.00 each.

I use to think dragon ball was the worst show in the universe. Until I read the magna. This is the best magna I think ever.

Listen up ya'll. You want the pure, unsaturated Dragon Ball Z, then the Mangas are your best buy! I have issues 1-7 for DBZ and DB and they are great. Uncensored, uncut, blood, guts, perverted humor, the works! They even use the real names (i.e. Son Goku and Kurirun).See the things America networks didn't want you to see (like the a Ginyu Force member getting his head torn off). Plus one issue is like 10 eps of the TV show. Issue 1 has the entire Raditz saga up to Goku's death Issue two is the snake way and Gohan's training and so on.This series is a must for Dragon Ball fans.

It's The best DB manga I have. I liked the part with Cymbal. It won't leave a huge impression if you don't understand the story. It was not AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OHHH Ohh. No not like that. But decbt. If it was longer I would like it more. Get 13 so you can continue on what happens. Because if not theb you'll cry until you get it.

This is vol. 13 manga of the Dragon Ball series. It continues the Piccolo saga where Goku must find a way to get stronger in order to save the world with the help Yajarobe.
