this book is not very popular at my country.We usually use Barrons very common.If you are get bored of classical TOELF practices this book will give you a good chance of find your mistakes and improve your score. Excelent study tips. At least worked on me!

This book is a must buy for all that want to take the postal exams. If you do nothing else, learn the memory trick in this book. It will save you a HUGE amount of time. It got me a postal job. I now work for U.S. Postal.

I got this book as a review and to renew my license, but ended up being quite immersed in the complete and easy learning way it was written. Even with new methods and drugs, nursing is still hands on, and this book was very, very informative. I am so happy I chose a course which required reading this book.

This book covers a variety of ELL topics. Each chapter presents information which is research based and immediately applicable to the classroom. I have used it constantly since being introduced to it four years ago.
Topics include syntactic theory, pragmatics, reading research theory and assesment. It is edited by the outstanding researcher Bardovi-Harlig.
This is an excellent book for TESOL grad students, ESL/EFL teachers who wish to expand their knowledge and those interested in becoming familiar with the jargon of the profession.

I would like to admit, first of all, that I have not read this book. However, I was in Dr. Pelley's biochem class (Texas Tech School of Medicine) while he was writing it. He is not only a fantastic chemist and educator, but a fanatic about presenting his material in a style that can be accessed and understood by all. He has a profound understanding of many learning styles and knows that each student learns differently. Any material presented by Dr. Pelley will be easy to understand and "right to the point." Because I am still attending TTUSOM I will not reveal my name... I don't want to look like I'm sucking up! But do yourself a favor and buy this book. If Dr. Pelley wrote it... you gotta read it

Excellent reference book, a true must have if you need to embed samples for electron microscopy. The author very thoroughly explains the steps for sample preparation and the embedding media available.

I used the UCV series in preparing for Step 2 CK and I am convinced that it improved my result significantly. The material is presented in case study fashion with bolded keywords, discussion and a few questions. These books help you to remember key aspects of prototype cases similar to those found on the boards. They are also extremely short and easier to read than anything else I have encountered during medical school. I highly recommend it for Step 2 CK preparation.

I highly recomend to read bbok during your prep. for the Step 2. Beleive me did it and score a 220.
