This book is great for families to look over to decide and find a great school for their children. It will give many options and any person can find a school to adapt to his/her needs. It is a easy way to find a good school without driving yourself crazy trying to find information on the net.

This is a very well written and very well researched book. It has links to internet sites that are relevant to the needs of writers, as well as associations, mail opt lists to join among just a few of the areas covered.

A truly wonderful guide which I wish I had bought prior to recently boarding my dog Grendel. I'm told he got himself a...-jacket for putting himself under the wing of an old timer daddy bulldog during his kennel stay. This superb guide will help us consider the alternative community-based disposals on offer since Grendel clearly can't do the time without unacceptable compromises.

this book is simply amazing, it's everything you need to know to explore new places from a spiritual perspective
packed with info on every country in the world, a little basic info and a lot of addresses suggestions for a spiritual visit to the countries
the only problem is that it's outdated now and I wish somebody majorly updated this book
still, though outdated it is a good way to start and a reference

An excellent overview of the retail industry and an even better closeup look. Plunkett's knowledge of retail is evident in the opening pages. A deep resource for anyone in business, the "Almanac" is a must buy.

Extremely well written handbook I keep in the glove box for finding Drive-in's wherever we are at. Actually I consider this a great history book as well, capturing a disappearing piece of Americana, that lately, has seen increased interest.
Being a route 66 buff (having driven its length in Illinois and out west), this is a great addition to my collection of memorabilia.
Don't leave home without it!

This book is broken down into three parts.

Part one, of about 200 pages attempts to define a basic, universal theory of terrorism. It begins with an attempt to define just what terrorism is - no small as it seems every researcher has his own definition. From here it begins to break down terrorism into categories such as single individual, politically based, state supported. All of this is in an attempt to define a set of theories of terrorism. Such theories may well be necessary before combating terrorism becomes practical.

The second part of the book is a bibliography of terrorism. This lists some 6,000 books and articles that have been published on one aspect or another of terrorism.

The last part of the book is a 'directory' of terrorist organizations around the world. This list is much larger than expected. For instance it lists 39 organizations in Afghanistan, 107 in Lebanon, 90 in Italy, 140 in France, 66 in the United States. This list is very informative, but must be considered out of date as such organizations re-form, merge, go away constantly as new organizations are formed. At this stage, this list almost has to be considered mainly of historical value.

This is one of the first books to look at terrorism as a field of study in its own right. This particular edition of the book is reprinted from the second edition of 1988.

A great resource for activists around the country. Packed with addresses and phone numbers of organizations, publications and magazines.

The only possible flaw is that it is 95%+ left/liberal oriented. Not that that bothers me, but I guess it could be considered a flaw to some people.

Easily the best reference on prospect research. Jane Kokernak is the Shakespeare of prospect research and this is her "Hamlet."
