I chanced upon this book yesterday at the State Library of NSW (Australia), and it will be extremely useful as I prepare a library internet page myself. It is comprehensive, scrupulously reviewed, and extremly useful. The price however, is exorbitant, and has meant that it is outside the price range of individual buyers, and can only be found in the reference section of one public Library in Australia.
