This book is the best book in the world, and that's the truth! I read it from my school library a bunch of times. I want it more than anything in the world right now. It's so good!

Goofy's early appearances and many of his tales as he co-starred with Mickey are well-reproduced here in this book.Goofy is a valuable help to Mickey Mouse in many adventures-and sometimes is actualy a true hero,solving things in a way that only Goofy could accomplish.The adventures that Floyd Gottfredson,Ted Osbourne,Merril de Merris and Dick Shaw(forget that pointless Walt Disney signautre stamped at the bottom right-hand corner)produced for Mickey and Goofy might well have been a partial inspiration to later animated cartoons of a similar small-and-smart hero with a tall-and-dumb sidekick.("Raskalnikov!Is Moose and Squirrel!")

"Gorilla Sleepover" is a great adaptation of the "Stanley" TV story by the same name, written by Robert David. The story is adapted by Laura Driscoll and illustrated by Alisa Klayman-Grodsky.

In this story, Stanley's friend Lester comes over for a sleepover. But he's nervous and doesn't feel comfortable sleeping away from home. The two use knowledge from "The Great Big Book of Everything" to help Lester feel more at home.

This book includes fun animal facts about gorillas and a mini-maze. The illustrations are excellent and readers will learn some really neat things, and an important lesson too. Highly recommended for all "Stanley" fans.

I just ordered this BOOK, but I've seen this episode on TV. I am an adult who is just enthralled with this television series. I love the character development, the interaction, the principles and values of all who are portrayed in this animated series. These kids are really great. They are loyal and caring with each other as well as tenacious. They never give up on their friends and usually figure out what needs to be done to help and they do it. Oftentimes, they are put into uncomfortable and difficult situations, but they always seem to muster the courage to do what needs to be done. I truly enjoy this show, as I know I will enjoy this book. This episode is about the OLD JUNGLE GYM which is so much a part of their lives. This shows their determination to save what they feel is very important to them, their childhood and wellbeing. It is truly a well-written show and each character is so great. Mikey Blumberg, Gretchen Grundler, T.J. Detweiler, Vince Lasalle, Gus, "Ashley Spinelli", Ms. Grotke, Principal Prickly and Muriel Finster as well as others (the diggers, upside down girl, King Bob etc., ) all show us the true nature of people and how they behave (especially the snitch Randall). I am sure we all know kids and people at school or somewhere in our lives who are exactly like these characters and they never seem to disappoint. We also learn a great deal about them. We know Gretchen is a great "brain" (wins science fairs), but then she feels she is lacking in her physical prowess so she wants to be great at something, like an athlete and she becomes a pro with the YO-Yo. Mikey loves to write poetry, but when he sings it is Robert Goulet's voice that we hear. We also see Mikey team up with the tough Spinelli when they dance so beautifully together in another episode. Vince is the athlete of the group and Gus the weak guy who needs help, which always seem to come from this cohesive group who cares about their friends. T.J. Detweiler is savvy and usually the one who gets everyone out of trouble, but when he is in trouble, the group finds a way to rescue him. This is really a great show and I hope that they publish some more books of theirs soon. After a musical concert, Ariel over-hears her father, King Triton, talking to Countess Oystera and inviting her stuck-up daughter, Pearl, to stay at the palace for a while (much to the dismay of Ariel and her sisters). Ariel tries her best to put up with Pearl, but when Pearl finds out about Ariel's secret grotto, she blackmails Ariel into being her slave - or she'll tell Triton about the grotto! Ariel soon finds herself doing whatever Pearl wants, and getting in trouble in the process! She even going to Eel-ectric City - at midnight! Soon Ariel is confronted with a way to get rid of Pear - Forever! But even though Pearl is always mean and nasty, can Ariel not save her? Will Triton finally find out about her grotto? (The pictures are great and fun to color too!)

I can't do a good Michael Buffer. I got this at Borders Today. Someday,I'll see the Pain King VS Cleopatra episode I love Wrestling,and I admire Kim Possible. I do Wish Kim was there to help wrestlers in the WWE,when things don't go right,like when that idiot,J.B.L. had John Cena arrested.I wish K.P. had that J.R. Ewing of the WWE arrested.

I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable Disney fan, that being said I was hopeful for a new and interesting book of Disney facts. Well, boy did this deliver! The Lost Journal is full of fun facts, hidden Mickey's (some I knew of and some I didn't) and really interesting information about so many of the rides.

It was great to spend the afternoon reading this and remember all the places in the park where the hidden Mickey's might be, and planning our next trip to the parks. I will defiantly have this guide with me as we tour the parks again this summer, in search of all the clues to complete the puzzle in the front of it. This is a great book for kids as well, very easy to read and understand. The size is great and will fit perfectly in our backpack at the park.

I highly recommend this guide for all the Disney fans out there.

For fans of Disney's Hades, this is a GREAT book! It's absolutely hillarious and a fabulous read. Poor Hades, so this is how it really happened, baby ;) Share the Adventure of Disney's Hercules again - this time from the point of view of Hades, Badda Bing, Lord of the Underworld! Laugh with him, cry with him ... Sigh, perhaps next time, you'll get to rule the Cosmos, Hades. 'ol Boy! >;)

If you know someone who's a fan of Handy Manny this is as really cute board book that gets your child involved with using some of Handy Manny's tool friends and it starts right on the cover of this board book with Pat patting a raised nail head.

The board book has raised edges that keep the tools moving and makes a lite tapping sound. This book says it's for ages 3 and up and I think that's because the tools featured in this book are made from a board book but could easily be bent if your child pulls the paper tools towards them. Other than that this bright colored book is really cute and would be adored by any Handy Manny fan!
