I just got a new copy of the Power of Attraction. Wow! I loved this duo's last book, and this one is a great follow-up! It really helped me assess my friendships and figure out how to make things better between me and my boyfriend. It's like getting a personal guide map to relationships! The table of my day is very informative and most of the dates very accurate. I can recommend this book to all of you people who like to figure out what makes us all tick! And it's a fun read and spookily accurate.

This is one of the best books I have ever read on the law of attraction. It gives clear instructions on how to apply this law to your life.

This book is "small but significant". I found that it really helped me to better understand the information in "The Secret" - it is a valuable prerequisite. If you want a potent recipe to hold your intention - which in my experience is the toughest part of successful manifestation - then this book is worth the small investment. The step-by-step instructions provided by the author go deeper than anything you might want to manifest. The Pre-Secret contains secrets to bring you closer to your true self, open the door to meditation and better breathing.

Pat's book is better than I thought it was going to be. The title through me off, and I thought it would be yet another 'attitude is altitude' book. But having read through the book, and scribbled notes on every chapter, I found Pat's book to be very practical, logical and thought-provoking.
I had to have more after I read the book, and the author was kind enough to spend a few minutes on the phone with me working through some "radical attraction" issues I was dealing with--i.e. the author is the real deal, walks the talk.
This is a book that should be read, chapter at a time, with pen in hand, and some quiet time to absorb what you have just read. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to get to the next level in their career or personal life, and is looking for some tools to help them get there.

I got my girlfriend back thanks to this book. Here's how I did it. John Alexander's book Re-Attraction has you work on two things:
1) Your girlfriend.
2) Yourself.

It's number 2 that I think most guys overlook. It certainly was the mistake I was making. I was really a pathetic person, doing the stereotypical mistakes of calling her all the time, crying and begging my ex to take me back. This book helped me understand how this was completely counter-productive behavior. Everything this book said, that it pushed her away, was absolutely true.

Alexander's "Get Your Ex Back" guide takes you through several "breaking free" steps. You write a list of things you did not like about your ex-girlfriend. I did that and it does help you put things into perspective. Then you get a hobby and get a life. You build yourself up into a guy with a lot going for him. I'm majorly over-simplifying and leaving out some important things, but that's the gist of it. But it was really tough for me to do all this "getting ahold of myself" process, because really I just wanted to stay in my darkened apartment all day long playing my xbox. But I decided I had nothing to lose and followed everything in this book exactly as it told me to do.

With your ex, Re-Attraction has you cut her off from contact with you by sending her a handwritten note. I did that and it worked really well. Meanwhile I kept working on myself. I hit the gym and lost some pounds and built a little bit of muscle. I re-connected with old friends. I hit the stores and got a new wardrobe and got a better hairstyle from a stylist. I immersed myself hard into my work and my boss noticed my efforts. I also got back pretty big into my old hobby of playing guitar. I became a much happier man, and it had nothing to do with my ex.

I kept her cut off for the total 21 days that the book recommends. Then I called her, and it worked amazingly. I made it out like I was happy with the break up, so that way me ex would agree to see me. Then we hung out, I did the attraction dial stories, and she saw how much I had grown into a much better man. It was really a crazy and ironic thing because I reached a point where I didn't need my ex anymore, and looking back on it, that is the main thing that attracted her back.

I'm a changed man now, my girl and I are back together, and we'll stay back together. I have this book to thank of course, but really I have myself to thank. This book was the instruction manual, and I did the work. In conclusion, if you read this long review it means you're serious about getting your woman back. I recommend you get this book.

This book explains it all!!!! Are you a Physical or an Emotional? The book clearly defines, so there is no guessing on your part, which one everyone is. It get's down to the very basics that a Physicals heart and pluse beat faster than an Emotionals and a Physicals body temperature is higher than an Emotionals. Opposites do attract because they are attracted to what they find different. Understanding the differences allows them to accept and not try to change the other person when a found in a relationship. Physicals are more comfortable verbalizing, touching and living by feelings. Emotionals are more comfortable thinking, retaining his/her own counsel and living by logic and reason. One is heart-ruled, one is head-ruled. Both are capable of thinking and feeling, and both posses an ability to act out both logically or emotionally. Yet each is more comfortable with one behavior than the other. Physicals are more emotionally ruled, and place more emphasis on the success of their relationships over the sucess of their careers. Emotionals, place the most emphasis on the logical and analytical needs of life. They are most comfortable giving priority to career or work, not emotions. Emotionals express, for the most part, through logical, non-emotional words and gestures, while Physicals express emotionally. When confronted with danger or threat, the Emotionals first response is to back away and think things through while the Physicals first reaction is to express and act out what they feel. Emotionals express what they think, while Physicals express what they feel. Emotionals HEAR inferentially, they SPEAK literally, and Physicals HEAR literally, they SPEAK inferentially. This is a must read for everyone. You will have a better understanding of human interactions. Highly recommended.

Selby Maitland's parents died when she was in her infancy and she was raised by her grandmother Maisy in England. When Maisy was on her death bed she told Selby a secret about her past, something that hurt her and it made Selby angry. So angry that after Maisy passed away, Selby took leave from her job as a journalist on a woman's magazine and flew to Newfoundland in Canada to seek revenge against Danny Forest.

When she gets there she finds her man is living in a converted lighthouse in a place called Savage Harbour. He's not at home, so she sits on some rocks, unaware of the fact the rocks have been dubbed "Suicide Rocks" because of the deadly tide. Fortunately a stranger comes by in the nick of time and saves her. A stranger named Danny Forest. But this Danny forest is about fifty years too young to be the man she's after.

It doesn't take long for her to learn Danny has a grandfather with the same name, who is touring Italy, but will be back in about a week. However by the time that week is up, she is in love with the grandson. So what is she to do? If she confronts the grandfather she could very well lose the man she loves? But she'd come all this way and she owes it to Maisy.

And there you have the beginning and some of the plot for this excellent story. Ms. Scott is a gifted romance writer who never disappoints. Her stories are always peopled with characters we care about and that is certainly the case here. The Newfoundland setting was a nice touch as were the townsfolk. I liked this one very much and I think you will as well.
