After buying a 2003 Honda motorcycle, I wanted to be sure it was in safe, working order. The repair manual for this bike is about $70 from helm inc, the company that actually prints all the shop manuals for several motorcycle and car makers. The Clymer manual was less than half that price, and is just as good as the "official" manual for the shadetree mechanic. The directions are clear and easy to understand, and the photos are, for the most part, accurate and functional. The only complaint I might have would be that the photos could use more color. I would certainly recommend this book, and all clymer books, to anyone that owns a vehicle for which Clymer makes a repair manual.

In my opinion this book is one of the best books ive seen yet dealing with the repair, servicing and tune-ups of the hoda line of motorcycles. By far this book exceeded my expectations of what I thought it would be like. It had step by step instructions on how to do everything I needed to do. The photos really aided in the repairing of the motorcycle. Without this book, I surely would have been lost. So I think this book deserves the 5 stars because it is an excellent book and I think anyone interested in motorcyles would enjoy it.

i purchased the honda manual due to lack of knowlege of a recently purchased bike.now after reading the manual i feel confident enough to pursue a career in motor cycles.this is only due to the manuals appearing to make the hardest task simple.

This book explains everything pretty well. I don't know of any other manual except for online versions. It is good to have this right there with you when working on your bike.
