Lots of very cute stickers. The bears are adorable, as are the various extras. Some of the stickers are themed and some are suited for any or most occassions. There are lots of possibilites for creating fun scenes. This would make a nice creative activity for a child. The only bad thing is that the stickers don't stick really well.

I bought this book for my grandson who is fascinated by robots and is always trying to build something out of scraps. This book shows how to build simple robots out of things you MIGHT find around the house. One of the reasons for only three stars is that a lot of the items used in the book are very specific and might be difficult to find. The other reason is because in actually making the robots the child will need adult supervision for cutting and joining some objects. If your child has access to the ingredients and an adult to help he or she can have some fun with this.

This book addresses several skill levels. Basic construction is detailed. The items used for building the robots are pretty much every day items, and generally do not require special items to be purchased. There is a section for those who want to add electronics and motors. Great for a family project.

This collection of stickers is a must have if you're a Monet fan. They include all of his most famous paintings, from water lilies to haystacks; and they can be used for most anything. It's a great set to give to a child who is learning about art, or even those who just like the nice scenery. Under each picture it tells you the name of it, and I especially like the fact that for being stickers, they still have so much detail. I'd recommend them to anyone who is a lover of art, or just likes to decorate things up with a little color.

My son is 20 months and he loved this book. It taught him quite a few more words as well. He was just starting to show interest in stickers, which was why I purchased it. My only complaint, as the previous reviewer mentioned, is that I felt it was a bit overpriced. We went through and stuck all the stickers on in two days. And that was with me encouraging him to put the book down for awhile, otherwise we would have done it all in one sitting! He's still interested in the book, and pointing out the words and numbers that he knows, but he is frustrated that he can't move any stickers around anymore. But overall, I'm glad I purchased it.

I bought this book for my almost 4 year old grandson. Some of it is a little difficult for him but gently pushes him to learn his letters and numbers in a fun way. There are also easy activities that he feels proud to be able to do on his own. He has enjoyed using it so far.

I bought this book to keep our daughter entertained through the slow parts at synagogue. The setup and so forth of the book is fine, however, the vinyl stickers don't stick...not at all. If you press them *really* hard they stay for a few seconds...I had expected them to stick similar to colorforms, but they didn't. The stickers come in a little case that snaps shut and is attached to the book for great traveling. Overall, it's a really good book with a minor problem...

We just purchased this book to help entertain our two and four year olds during church. This book has so many great animal stickers to add to the fun pages in the book. The only problem is that we only purchased one copy for two kids. Big mistake! I also love that the stickers are vinyl so that they are truly reusable!

This product was great! It was easy to make and looks just like the picture! (something that rarely seems to happen now adays)You can make it your personel bracelet with your friends faces, your hobbies, or whatever else you like to do. The book gives you 2 bracelets so you might want to buy extra bracelets and magnifying circles if you plan to make more than two. Great bracelet and lots of fun. Makes a great birthday gift...

I got this as a gift.In the book you have all these designs on round circles.There's hearts,flowers,cats,dogs etc.You get two bracelets.You pick the designs in the book that you want to use.There's six circles to fill on each bracelet.Also in the book is this blue page of glue dots.Okay first you have to peel a glue dot up from the page(it helps to have long nails or a tweezers for this make sure the glue is on the other side.Pick the circle on the bracelet you want to put the glue dot then press down real hard and stratch with your nail.Slowly peel back the paper on dot hopefully the glue stayed on the circle now your ready for your design dot just press it on the glue dot continue this step for all six circles on your bracelet.Then once this is done you go back to the glue dots and put one on each of the six designs once again you have to press and scratch leaving the glue on top of your designs then you put the bezel beads included with the book on top of each of the circles on your bracelet so now the designs pop.This is great for both big and small girls.

Thought this book would be thicker. Perhaps in my last minute shopping frenzy I didn't read the fine print, but it is much thinner than the sticker books I have purchased in the past. I would guess less than 10 pages.

It's really a fantastic book. Not only my little boy, but also my wife and I love this book! It's full of fun and knowledge. So, everyone who loves the DIY books can enjoy these series with your little boys and girls!

Like Taback's "I Know an Old Lady...", the illustrations in this book are wonderfully detailed.

I read this to my Kindergarten class every year, they enjoy the repetitive prose and can relate to trick-or-treating with their friends.

This is a cute little Halloween counting story. However, it is not a sticker book. It is just a book with a page of stickers. The stickers are pictures from the story, but there is no place to put them in the book.

The ISBN number provided is correct. However, the book cover is wrong. Should be 70-291. Remark: 70-291: Implementing, Managingand Maintaining. The image on site is 70-293 is "Planing". The covers are exactly the same and by same author and publisher except that the numbers are different. So, once again the ISBN above is correct. The cover is correct exactly the same but number should be 70-291. I hope this helps.

The title states "Implementing,Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure: Exam 70-291" but the front cover depicts Exam 70-293. Which one? There is also no look inside book feature, so I can't tell what it is about from table of contents.

My 4 year old loves sticker books. For those not "in the know" they are activity books where a child places stickers in the appropriate spot. Sometimes they have to match shapes, and sometimes they have to find the answer sticker (for instance 2+2 would equal a "4" sticker).

Anyways, my daughter always wants a new sticker book when we go to the toy store or the book store. Last time we were at the bookstore, I said no-- until I saw this book. A Civil War sticker book! How perfect!

The DK books are shorter than some of the other ones and can be finished quickly. This isn't usually a positive, as we usually like to buy the larger books with much more to do. But, still, who can complain when she learns even more about Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War? The book includes stickers of soldiers (both blue and gray), cannons, guns, log cabins, memorabilia, Confederate money, a few Generals including Robert E Lee, and more.

As I write this, I can almost guess that some parents may find some of the subject matter objectionable. They might like the idea of teaching about Lincoln, but not yet teaching about the war. I can understand this and, in that case, older children will also enjoy this-- my 11 year old son found this book fascinating, too.

We, however, take our kids to many Civil War battle sites and they know some of the nearby Nashville and Franklin sites like the back of their hands. So my four year old actually enjoyed this immensely since she talks about all the "heroes" and the cannons and the other things she knows about. For us, this Civil War sticker book was perfect, appropriate, and something I felt I was lucky to find.
