I have a large collection of books for learning spanish and this book turned out to be one of the very best of them. I know that it is a book angled toward preparing students for the AP exam but
it just so happens to be one of the most user friendly, well designed and comprehensive books for learning spanish out on the market today. I am an advanced college spanish student and therefor I didn't get the book to prepare for the exam. I got it because it offers a well structured and comprehensive review as well as many helpful drills and practice tests. I think a book structured like this is probably the best way to study a language on your own. So to all you who may have been put off by the fact that it is an exam preparation book please do yourselves a favor and buy this book.

First, I should say that I didn't actually use the book as a review, but my teacher did use two of the practice exams (not sure how many come with it in total) in class. We did one full length exam on a Saturday morning (I got a 5) and there was another one that we did in sections over a few days. This morning, I took the real College Board AP Spanish Language exam and it was a little different. Not completely different, mind you-REA got all of the basics right-but something about the tone and feel of the exam was different. The reading passages weren't actual narratives, but factual writings, two of them were reprinted from newspapers. On the listening section all of the accents in this book were from Spain (use of "ceceo") but none of them were on the actual test. This isn't a bad test, but some of the other review books are probably a little better. Again, I did not use this for review of grammar or look at the book at all, just the practice tests.

This book is a comprehensive, thorough course in Spanish!!

I really enjoyed using this book as a form of supplementary preparation for taking the AP Spanish Exam. I found it to be an excellent source of information for all of the material covered on the exam, and some of the practices excercises actually more than prepared me for the material on the exam. The audio CDs were essential in preparing me for the oral component of the exam, and made studying more fun. I Am grateful to the authors of the book, since their work helped me to score a 5 on the exam. I would strongly recommend this book to test takers.

Simply the best book i have read about football. This gives massive insight into the culture of the dutch people and of their football. The connections are simple and intriguing. This book does not warrant a long review. In simple terms... Buy it, if you don't you are missing out.

A great book on so many levels. More than just a book about soccer, but the whole philosophy behind the culture around it in the Netherlands. Could be interesting to those not so passionate about soccer, but without my interest in the game I would never have looked into it. A super book for any fan. I read Hornby's Fever Pitch immediately after Brilliant Orange. Talk about different philosophies! Highly recommended.

Bought this book expecting a simple linear explanation of how Dutch soccer went from "there" to "here" and was blown away by how much more the book contains. First, it is anything but linear with even the chapter designations bearing no resemblance to chronology. Further, it often times reminds you of a James Burke "Connections" episode as the author ties in aspects of the social upheaval, changes in the artistic and architectural expression going on in mid-century Holland to how their approach to soccer developed.

It is a fascinating book even for those who may not be that interested in soccer.

Like a Cruyff feint--brilliance!

Not only does this book take you in to the mind of Dutch soccer geniuses like Cruyff, Michels, etc. it gets into the mindset of the Dutch themselves. I also loved the stuff on the 1978 World Cup Dutch team which is probably my fave, even more than 1974., for making it to the Final without Cruyff, Krol and other top stars who boycotted the tourny.

For anyone who wants to understand what makes the Dutch tick on and off the soccer field.

this was the best book i have read about soccer. the only books i can usually find about soccer have to do with coaching and drills. if you are interested in soccer beyond this level, this is the book for you. i have always compared playing soccer to "playing" life. and this book connects the too. but in a brilliant dutch way.
as a young soccer coach, this book gave me ideas about how to teach my players and make them understand the beauty of soccer.
i have travelled to the netherlands and even have a dutch girlfriend. this book explains there behavior just the way they explain it to the rest of the world. and when i am there i can see how they value space and take advantage of all that they have in an organized and effecient manner. this is then translated to the soccer field in a totalfootball explosion.

I used this book, along with the Cliffs Notes book for the CLEP Principles of Management exam, and passed the exam after studying for 4 days. If you have any sales/management experience, it will help you with the questions on this exam. The practice exam questions were actually more difficult than the ones on the actual exam.

Let me give a basic rundown

To all the people who are trying to pass this clep test as badly as I wanted to, here is the truth about this book...

Im a senior student at BU and i've taken so many management classes over the years that I was keeping the MG 301 (this clep) till the end not to waste time and money...

Truth is, I studied this book pretty well and the first thing I can say is that it is quite outdated with the material presented in 2008.

The best way to prepare is to skim over the most important chapters in the book and take the OFFICIAL study guide exam. From the official preparation test you should get a feeling of which notions were not even covered in the REA manual.

All in all I passed with a 54, I got the credit but I wasn't as prepared as I thought i'd be!

Good luck to you all!

This book alone is all you need!

This is all I used to study for the Principles of Management CLEP test. I read through the book once, took both practice tests, and then read through the answer explanations for each test. Then I loosely paged through the book a second time and took some notes on what I though was important. I think taking the notes made it all come together. I took the test and got a 73. This book is great and all you will need to pass! I have used the REA books previously for History of the United States I and College Freshman Composition. I did fine on those tests but I had to supplement with other sources. This book is more complete and I was better prepared for this exam in less time. I highly recommend it!

I've been in the military for a while now and a lot of the management concepts are very close to what I've learned. I advise anyone, especially GoArmyEd students, to CLEP this class. It's the easiest 3 credits you'll ever receive because you may know it already. There are some of the same concepts in management as PLDC, BNCOC, and other MOS schools, just different lingo. That's where this book came in for me. It helped me translate what I already knew into "civilian language." Passed the exam and now I don't have to spend 12 weeks in the Principles of Management class. Yay!!!!!

Coach Reade, Coached in both high school and college. He has a 146-21-4 winning record. He once won 60 games in a row. He has won 87% of his games. And the list goes on and on...

This book covers the Single Wing Offense and the defense he used to win 60 games in a row. He diagrams both his running and passing offense. If you are looking for a play book, here it is.

This is one of the best books on the market today. It is easy to read and full of information. It covers everything you need to know about starting a football program. I purchased it and I am glad I did.
I highly recommend it to all levels of coaching.

This is a must have book for soccer coaches, especially coaches of girls soccer. I also recommend it for coaches of boys since 98% of the material translates over. The book not only details performing specific skills, tactics and team management, but also covers team and individual motivation and correction styles. This is where the book becomes a little more specific to females then males, which is a good thing because there are a lot of male coaches that coach all girl teams, and they need to understand what motivates boys doesn't work with most girls. While boys tend to be motivated by accomplishment, girls are motivated by relationships. Understanding that will be rewarding and help you bond with your players and develop them as a team.

Read this book and you will dramatically improve your coaching!

A heart pummeling hostage memoir of the Beirut crisis.

Review Date: 1999-10-21
Terry Anderson's Den of Lions is a den of insights into the radical bi-polar terrorist mentality in which he was trapped for over seven years. His descriptions of the bombings, shootings and random daily violence that permeated around the non-citizens and the citizens of Lebanon, make this a classic Middle East hostage survivor's story. Anderson's poems of his cruel incarceration are filled with searing depth that transport you to the various scummy basement cells which he shared with other Westerners. Den of Lions and Hostage by David Jacobson go hand in hand and are important contributions in the collection of Middle East books that help those of us citizens who were not there or too young to remember, the horror that Beirut was during the eighties and early ninties. Very highly recommended!

Mr. Anderson's book is a lesson on how to maintain sainity in the most horrible situations you could every be in; kidnapped and the lose of personal freedom.

This book is not a pleasant read. It is very important though in that it allows the reader, who is probably very comfortable while reading, to feel the sense of dispair that Mr. Anderson went through.

The political reasons as well as the climate in the Middle East in the 1980's is very interesting and this account allows us to see it from a totally different perspective.

Plus it has a happy ending, I highly recommend it.

Den of Lions: Memoirs of Seven Years by Terry Anderson is one of my favorite books. The book grabbed my attention and kept it. I read the book in one day. Learning of Terry Anderson's ordeal through his eyes and in his words was amazing. Having been only 4 when he was taken hostage, I did not really know much about him until he was released from Lebanon in 1991, when I was 10. I grew up watching the news with my parents and I can remember seeing his return on television.
When I decided to study journalism in college, I chose the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. When I heard that Terry Anderson was going to be joining the faculty at Scripps, I was truly excited. I read his memoirs and then had the opportunity to hear him speak about his ordeal. Having him as a professor at Scripps was a wonderful experience for all journalism students. I have the great privilege of saying that I met one of my role models and I am grateful for that.
Den of Lions: Memoirs of Seven Years is one of the best books I have ever read. It is touching and wonderfully written. It tells Terry Anderson's story in a way that only he could.

I do not want this to sound insensitive, but the one thing I kept thinking as I was reading this book is why was he there? The U.S. government was telling U.S. citizens to leave, the Lebanese government did not care, his employer wanted him to leave, and there were increasing hostage incidents. The book his the story of his capture and the seven years he spent as a captive of this militant group. He does a good job in describing the locations he was in, the people that were his captors, and the other persons that he was with. I thought the most interesting parts of the book detailed his conversations with some of his captors and their views on the situation.

The book is a very interesting view of what happened to the author. The details are rich and he does a good job of painting the scenes for us. He also did a good job of explaining the depression of being a captive and what it is like to loss seven years of your life, although I do not think any author could truly express the emotional pain that he must have gone through. If you are interested in this part of the world or this story, this is a great book. It is also interesting given the current climate in the Middle East to read about what was happening 20 years ago.

A gripping, insightful book.

I am a Westerner who has lived in Lebanon for many years and yet I gleaned new knowledge of the Middle East from reading "Den of Lions". Terry Anderson is a wonderful writer, and the addition of his fiancee's thoughts and feelings adds depth of insight into the agony of hostage-taking. There are interesting looks into the interaction between hostages and into the daily frustrations of the waste, and yet somehow the not-waste, of almost seven years away from freedom of choice. This is a book that has stayed on my mind.

This book is endorsed by The American Diabetes Assn. & The American Dietetic Assn. It should also be endorsed by The American Heart Assn. Not only does it help give the reader information needed for a diabetic, it also gives information needed for a person with heart disease.
My husband has diabetes, high cholesterol, quadruple bypass, heart disease, stroke, 100% occluded carotid artery on one side and 60-70% occluded on the other side, just to mention a FEW of his problems.
This Guide not only addresses the diabetes & carbohydrate issue, but also addresses the cholesterol issue. I use it in conjunction with several Diabetes/Cholesterol Cookbooks. For every item, 11 columns of information as follows are listed: Serving Size, Calories, grams of Carbs, grams of Fat, % Calories of Fat, grams of Saturated Fat, mg. of Cholesterol, mg. of Sodium, grams of fiber, grams of Protein, and # of Servings/Exchanges.
The foods are grouped according to category. There are 28 categories. The categories are presented in a logical, systematic way, making this book an easy reference guide for a clueless novice like me.
I highly recommend this book not only for diabetics but for people with heart disease, for people on Weight Watchers diet and especially for the rest of us making up the majority of America who are overweight.
According to John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Center for Human Nutrition, by the year 2015 ---- that's only 7 YEARS FROM NOW ---- 75% of American adults will be overweight, 41% will be obese and nearly 24% of U.S. children or adolescents will be overweight or obese.
In 2004, 32% of Americans were obese. Forty years ago, in 1964, only 13% of Americans were obese.
At risk are women ages 20 - 34 years old, regardless of race or ethnicity; 80% of black women age 40 and above are overweight while 50% are obese.
Wake up, America and do it now, not 7 years from now. The Diabetes Carbohydrate & Fat Gram Guide, 3rd Edition, used as a starting point gives you basic information needed BEFORE you go to the grocery store. Buy a few good cookbooks in addition to this book you're good to go.
This book gives you 4 meal-planning approaches: carb counting, fat gram counting, food exchange system and calorie counting. So if one approach confuses you, you have other options. What a deal!
Buy the book. Use it. Don't end up like my husband.

Having lost over 130 pounds and keeping that weight off for almost 4 years, I thought I had all the useful resources I needed to maintain that weight loss. That was until I opened this book!

I follow the exchange program as a means to monitor my food intake. Not only does this book include the exchanges, it also lists the nutrition information for the following: calories, carbohydrates, fat, % of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, fiber and protein. It lists the serving size so there is no confusion on the amount you should be eating.

The list of foods featured is extensive. This book has featured EVERY item that I've researched from beverages to frozen foods, canned soups to fast food and even ethnic foods.

Anyone following a weight loss program that uses portion control or the exchange program (such as TOPS - Take Off Pounds Sensibly) should not be without this book!

Have studied the Cayce Materials for over four decades -- along with many other metaphysical writers. Cayce was a trance medium who when in trance state contacted sources from the other side or overself.

This is an excellent reference. Cayce presented much data for the enrichment of self and this book shows the variety of his trance work.

His materials are not easily read -- for the subjects are complex ---and written in a style of English no longer used. But study of the data will make clear the subject.

I recommend the book highly....RR

This is one of my favorite books. It's curious to me how I come across in the review below, all those months ago. Since that writing, I have come a long way in my spirituality, and Edgar Cayce (and this book, quite truthfully) played an important role in that. This book is comprised of Cayce's readings and covers a broad array of topics. It is engrossing. I have it on my nightstand and reference it often. Still.

I am no longer worried about my past fundamentalism. I am, however, still stoking the fire ignited by my interest in Cayce, and spurred on by this book. I truly would recommend it to anyone interested in the subject of PSI or the man himself.

Peace.

As a third generation 'Cayceite', I spent the better part of two decades studying the Edgar Cayce Readings. I was a long-time member of a Cayce 'Search For God' study group, and for two years, a volunteer correspondent for the Cayce Foundation's (A.R.E.) Prison Outreach Program, and so my personal history with this material is extensive. But after circumstances compelled me to initiate an objective reexamination of my metaphysical teachers and their teachings, I arrived at a conclusion that forced me to back off and entrust my spiritual development exclusively to Bible study, prayer, meditation (and the Divine Guidance ensuing from these practices.)

To be sure, there is much information of great value within these pages. Cayce was a benevolent soul whose psychic readings helped bring physical healing to scores of people. This is documented fact and The Bible tells us 'a tree is known by its fruit' and a 'house divided will not stand.' (Matthew 12:25,33) THIS work was of God. In one reading (#1152-5) Cayce stated, 'DID YOUR LORD BLEED WHEN THE NAILS WERE DRIVEN IN HIS HANDS AND FEET? DID HE GIVE UP THE GHOST? DID HE DIE? YEA. FOR AS HE GAVE, WITHOUT HIS DEATH - YEA, WITHOUT HIS RESURRECTION - THERE IS NO HOPE IN MAN'S ESTATE.' And in another (#422-1) he said that spirits or entities must be tested: 'IN EACH EXPERIENCE ASK THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE LIFE, THE DEATH, THE RESURRECTION OF THE JESUS, THE CHRIST...OTHERWISE, GET THEE BEHIND ME, I WILL HAVE NO PART WITH THEE.' According to The Holy Bible (1st John 2:22; 4:1-3; 5:1) Cayce could not have made statements like these but by inspiration of The Holy Spirit. That the Light of God can be found in many of his readings is indisputable and clearly evident in this collection of excerpts which includes a valuable section on SPIRITUAL IDEALS and gems such as these: 'Why worry when ye may pray?' (#2981-1); 'You'll not be in Heaven if you're not leaning on the arm of someone you have helped.' (#3352-1); 'When individuals hold a grudge they are fighting the God within themselves against the God within the individual...towards whom such is held.' (#1304-1); and the EXCEEDINGLY IMPORTANT WARNING, '(In meditation) never open self...without surrounding self with the Spirit of The Christ, that ye may ever be guarded.' (#440-8)

The section on HUMOR is very brief, but it's a hoot! For example: 'Q: woulD it be better fOr the body to remain in bed without movinG about? A: It'll move when you give it the Castor Oil.' (#348-18); 'Q: How much better am I? A: 37.3%' (#567-4); 'Hide not skeletons in thine own closet, for they rattle when ye least expect them.' (#3246-1)

So, what's the problem then? Cayce's readings are NOT ALL correct and they sometimes originated from spiritual darkness! In reading #1472-14 he said, 'IT IS NOT MEANT THAT INFORMATION GIVEN THROUGH THIS CHANNEL SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS BEING INFALLIBLE.' In #531-2 he posed the question, 'WHAT PREVENTS THE INFORMATION FROM ALWAYS BEING ACCURATE, OR BEING WHOLLY OF UNQUESTIONABLE NATURE?' before continuing on with an impossibly convoluted answer! This is YOUR spiritual development we're talking about here; no small matter! Do you REALLY trust your own judgement sufficiently to always be able to discern which of Cayce's readings are Divine and which are a demonic deception? MANY of his Earth changes prophecies have proven to be inaccurate. Jesus did not return in 1998 (#5748-5); The poles did not shift in 2000 or 2001 (#826-8), et al.

Yes, I know experientially that Cayce's 3-Day Apple Cleanse Diet is efficacious, and clearly he supernaturally gained insight into the anti-cancer vitamin B-17 content of (bitter) almonds (see #1158-31 and read WORLD WITHOUT CANCER by G. Edward Griffin and ALIVE AND WELL by Dr. Philip Binzel, Jr.) And yet, in another reading (#3180-3) he inexplicably makes the absurd statement that 'AN ALMOND A DAY IS MUCH MORE IN ACCORD WITH KEEPING THE DOCTOR AWAY...THAN APPLES. FOR THE APPLE WAS THE FALL, NOT THE ALMOND.' Not only does the apple have nothing whatsoever to do with the 'Fall' of mankind (the word 'apple' does not even appear in the entire book of Genesis), but in fact, apple seeds contain as much or more concentrated vitamin B-17 than bitter almonds did!!! (They are no longer available.)

In other readings (#1152-11 & #470-10) Cayce dubiously praises things that my independent studies have conclusively shown to be luciferian in nature! In #364-1 he says of Theosophical literature: 'AS TO WHETHER THIS INFORMATION IS TRUE OR NOT, DEPENDS UPON THE CREDENCE INDIVIDUALS GIVE TO THIS CLASS OF INFORMATION.' Is this not bovine excrement of the highest order? Can a less helpful and more noncommittal position be conceived?

Over the years I developed a theory to explain how Cayce's God-given Gift became polluted and why his 'HEALTH' readings are considerably more reliable than his 'LIFE' readings. But the bottom line is this: Do you really wish to risk the condition of your mind by trusting in these pages when a sincere appeal for (and faith in) The Father and Son's Guidance, serious Bible study, prayer and PROPER (!!!) meditation is all that's required in order to get you SAFELY where you want to be? Not to mention saving you $16.00 (See my Amazon guide titled, "So You'd Like To...DEVELOP A REaLATIONSHIP WITH GOD" Parts 1 Through 4.)

Naturally, it is for each person to decide just what course they wish to sail. I apologize for the unseemly length of this review, but I felt that this was important and that I ought to share my thoughts with you. Thanks for considering them.

Coming from a very apocalyptic religious background, I was fearful to even open this book. I knew when ordering it that it would deal with such "heretical" concepts as past lives. However, I am so very glad I purchased it! This companion quotes directly from Cayce's readings, and at length, but not simply on past lives. There is poignant affirmation and revelation pertaining to God, soul development, reincarnation, death and life, soul mates, Jesus, even nutrition. I would be lying if I did not admit that this book testified to something deep within me. Simply seemed logical, each page, and as a result, so freeing!

I am not asserting that all things proceeding from Cayce's mouth are infallible---I'm too much of a Cacye novice to say anything of the sort. But his beliefs, concepts and practical applications certainly add some much-needed "gray" to the harsh black and white mentality of today's religions. How foolish it is to actually believe that God, in his infinite grandeur, can be contained in entirety within the confines of the Bible! Common sense, as well as resources such as this particular companion, will open the eyes of anyone longing to explore spiritual truths and lead richer, fuller lives. I enjoyed this book immensely and would recommend it to anyone truly seeking something more, something real, something eternal.

A Great Companion Indeed!!!

Buy This Book and you'll not regret it!

Also,I feel obligated to comment on a Reviewer's quote from a Cayce reading and stated "Cayce's readings are NOT ALL correct and they sometimes originated from spiritual darkness!"

The quote he inserted was not in its' entirety such as in where he, the reveiwer states, "In reading #1472-14 he (Cayce) said", ('IT IS NOT MEANT THAT INFORMATION GIVEN THROUGH THIS CHANNEL SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS BEING INFALLIBLE.')

I felt that in all fairness it should be read and taken as intended for the recipient it (the reading) was given to, so therefore I have included the entire two paragraphs from the reading itself, that pertain to this particular EC quote.

(Q) As far as I know I followed all instructions given me through this source in all former Rdgs. and would therefore be grateful to be told why I received no help through the information, that I may now correct the cause of former failures in order to make this Rdg. and the advice it offers more effective.

(A) Because they didn't do what was indicated to be done! It was not always the fault of the body, [1472]. Mostly it was because of the manner in which administrations were made by others. These as we find are the faults, if faults they be.

It is not meant that information given through this channel should be interpreted as being infallible, but these are the conditions existent as viewed from the condition of the individual entity.

The interpreting of the information in the minds of others, as well as the manner in which the individual entity is influenced by others - by their material or physical knowledge, does not imply that the information given is incorrect. But it does imply that if these are met under certain other administrations, and done in the same manner and attitude that the information may be given, there may be produced a oneness - and response in its own kind.
READING 1472-14

Again the same reviewer wrote: In #531-2 he posed the question, 'WHAT PREVENTS THE INFORMATION FROM ALWAYS BEING ACCURATE, OR BEING WHOLLY OF UNQUESTIONABLE NATURE?' before continuing on with an impossibly convoluted answer! This is YOUR spiritual development we're talking about here; no small matter! Do you REALLY trust your own judgement sufficiently to always be able to discern which of Cayce's readings are Divine and which are a demonic deception?

Below is the two paragraphs from the original reading. And if read accurately with an open heart and mind, it will and does make perfect sense. Of course if one were 'looking' for evil, then they shall certainly find it somewhere within their own mind, even if it doesn't truely exist, but I have yet to find any so-called "demonic deception" in any of Cayce's readings....Ever! And I have encountered nothing of this "spiritual darkness' that was spoken of by the reviewer and have lost nothing from my own personal 'indepth' studies of the readings except a portion of my own selfish nature, in which is a blessing.

EC reading 531-2:

The soul of the seeker being passive, and the soul of the individual through whom information comes being positive (as the physical is subjugated into unconsciousness) goes out on the forces that are in activity by being guided by suggestion to that individual place of the seeker. And the souls commune one with another.

9. Then, it is asked, what prevents the information from always being accurate, or being wholly of unquestionable nature? The fact that such information must be interpreted in material things. And that then depends upon how well the training of the physical-mental self is in picturizing, visualizing and wording that which takes place in such a communion.
READING 531-2

Quote: MANY of his Earth changes prophecies have proven to be inaccurate. Jesus did not return in 1998 (#5748-5); The poles did not shift in 2000 or 2001 (#826-8), et al.

These are not inacurate! These are wrong 'only' according to an individuals own personal interpretaion or in this case 'mis-interpretation'.

Jesus did return in 1998, the proof is in the spirtual awakening that has occurred world-wide since 1998.

The poles 'are' shifting right now and there are plenty of 'scientific evidence' and articles to back this up.

If you want to grow spiritually and want to understand lifes real purposes, then adding "The Edgar Cayce Companion: A Comprehensive Treatise of the Edgar Cayce Readings" to your collection is a must!

Please, there are many Edgar Cayce critics out there that have tried (in vain) to defame this spritual God-loving individual, all because of the selfish deceptions of ignorance. Please do yourself a favour, buy this book and keep it along side the greatest book of all, your Bible, It is an worthy companion and helpmeet in your search for True enlightenment.

Danielson has done a superb job of bringing together the qualities that make a good teacher. The layout she uses is so useful that our district has based our evaluative system upon this work. A very practical, thorough book to put into action to improve schools and professionals working within schools.

Danielson has written a book that teachers and administrators can actually use to improve their schools. Her Framework for Teaching sets out what teachers really do, in four domains, each of which has multiple comonents and those have multiple elements. She also provides a rubric for evaluating performance for each element. I've recommened that my principal buy a copy of this book, and I'm going to be recommending it to my district, as well.

Solid all-around guidance and structure tool.

This book is an excellent resource for attorneys as well as non-legally educated persons. The book covers all issues that a person would need to take into consideration in creating an estate/living plan for a same-sex couple.

The Publishers Marketing Association just awarded this book a Benjamin Franklin Award at the June 2005 award ceremony in New York City. This book and the author Joan Burda, are well deserving of this prestigious award.

This is an excellent book for both lawyers and their clients.

This book is absolutely essential for any attorneys practicing in this field. Ms. Burda has put together not only the laws and state of affairs across the country but she has also included the much needed forms in order to accomplish the task. After all of our years in law school, only Ms. Burda has shown us exactly what these documents are supposed to look like!

Attorney Burda has done the impossible, writing a "black-letter law" treatise in an easy-to-read and enjoyable style.

Practitioners will find it informative for its nuts-and-bolts practice tips, while members of the public will take away a 'how-to' roadmap (with forms!) when planning to protect themselves and their families.

I recommend this book without reservations -- not only for attorneys practicing in this field, but for smart individuals across the nation who attempt to balance the scales of justice while usually suffering inequitable treatment under the laws.
