Though it took me a few months to have this book sent to me, it was well worth the wait. I found it informative and very correct. I am using the book for research and it has proven to be an extremelly important tool. Reading the history of the drivers from and era gone, it is interesting to note how close these drivers profiles match racing drivers of the decade that we are now in. I keep this book on my priority shelf.

Bob Cohen has been around for years. This book is really good but too expensive for my blood. I read a copy of this book when I was a salesman for a auto dealership a few years ago. If you can find any books by COHEN or STUKER at a decent price I would say buy them. Another great car sales training book is "Automobile Sales Training and Tips From The Pros" contrary to what S. Scotty Davis or Hardluck say. Any of the books I just mentioned will help you sell cars. Get them if you can. Again, Bob Cohen is a legend in automobile sales but the price is pretty high. Hey S Douglas "Scotty" why are you slamming every car sales book but ZIG Zigler? Everyone take a look at all of S. Douglas "Scotty" reviews concerning car sales. He puts almost everyone of them down but praises Ziggy's book. What's up with that? SUSPICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book has a lot of imformation on every single muscle car, but their isn't anything on the Corvette which was once a muscle car. Their is great pictures. The way the cars are described is really good. It even has a price, and a horsepower guide and everything else about the best cars ever built. This is a Great Book. Buy It!!!

Simply a must-have tool in your garage if you like working on your own car. Last time I saved $600 by doing it myself. It is a little complicated to get used to the way the book works and how they send you to different sections during the same repair. But if you are patient and read the whole repair first then it is very doable.

The 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis Shop manual has all of the data and details I have needed to repair brakes and electrical switches. Since Chilton manuals for the full size Fords aren't easily found this was a good buy

This manual is the first resource I go to everytime I need to work on my truck. The information it provides is informative and very helpful. It does NOT give incedibly detailed information about many things but provides the right information to get you started in the right direction. With the slight variances manufacturers make from year to year. (i.e. wiring diagrams, fuse locations, etc.) it would be almost impossible to cover every detail. With this manual, some background knowledge, and some additional resources, you should be able to do any task you have the motivation, and tools, to undertake.

i own an 1989 crownvictiora ltd and this manual is very self explanatory and includes details on everything that i need for my car. very good book. recomended for new mechanics wanting to learn on their own vehicle. also good for expirenced mechanics. i am a new mechanic and it has showed me how to do everything ive needed to do to my car.

One day, I found my car leaking oil like crazy. Like a good customer, I took it to the local Ford dealership and they stopped the leaking. However, not sure if this is deliberate or not, they forgot to return what was my my pre-heat hose and all along I was wondering why both my car was not working right and what this extra part was that was left on the side.

An officemate of mine suggested that I invest in a Chilton for my cars make and model and with his help, I figured out that it was this book that I needed and I have not regretted it ever since. The book had the diagram I needed that there should be a hose where there was none and the type I needed. Moreover, I also needed new spark plugs and a new gas filter. The combination of all three has resulted in a smooth running. I use the book as a reference rather than having read it from cover to cover. It has proven its worth and has saved me hundred of dollars in repair bills. I highly recommend this book and if the series is anything like it - the whole series.

Excellent guide to seeing Austria from behind the wheel.

Excellent guide to seeing Austria with a sports car or an RV. You will enjoy some great driving tours and routes through this historical region of Central Europe.

Frommers has recently come out with more "Best-Loved Driving Tours" series ... guides that are not very inexpensive, but are very well researched and quite comprehensive. One will have plenty of driving tours and routes to chose from, whether you like arts and museums, scenic roads and breathtaking views, urban towns and shopping, or just want to experience a regione's culture and life.

Unlike the other Frommer guides that are fatter and heavier, this little book gives you not too many specifics on lodging or eating. It is geared strictly for the person behind the wheel and her or his passengers.

I have had a great experience using this guide and will recommend it to anyone who can afford it. Also, you might want to check to see if your library carries it and check it out for the duration of your visit abroad.

When I backpacked 4 months through Europe I had a copy of the Lonely Planet for Europe (a thick and heavy book) because it covered more cities and esoteric towns, a ripped chapters of all the international youth hostals Europe of the countries I visited, and as primary guide for nominal cities and capitals I used Frommers (ripped the book and kept only chapters of countries planning to visit - so I can keep the weight down).

Excellent guide to seeing Italy with a car or a Vespa moped. You will enjoy some great driving tours and routes through Italia.
