I used this book to study for a postgraduate competition law course at Oxford. The book recommend by the professors was Whish. However Whish is outdated and has a tendency to explain the irrelevant rather than the relevant.
This casebook focuses on the relevant cases and gives the relevant pointers and questions to make it clear. I would recommend to combine this book what the book European Competition Law and Economics by R.J. van den Bergh and P.D. Camesasca or EC Competition Law by Goyder.

Enid Blyton's Adventure series (and other books) are a sure hit with kids! I read them many times as a child and was excited to find them so my kids can read them! The books series has great morals, adventure without terror, and applauds creativity and bravery. I am so glad they are so easily available at this time.

A Gripping Book

An interesting and very readable book. Marc Morris explains the evolution of the castle and how it has worked (or not) at different times in history. He really has brought the subject to life. He tells us about the people who built castles and examines what they wanted from their own particular version of it. This book was as gripping as any thriller!

So cute and amazing book

The merit of this book is that author (and illustrator) make a good work in the genre of picture book. When you arrive at the last page, you're so astonished and amused. This effect would not be delivered in the media of film or animation. The author would be deep insight of her genre.

Furthermore, the vivid pictures of the cat is so stunning. Maybe cat-loving-people will agree to me.

A wonderful and compelling story of an orphaned English girl growing up in Spain with poignant references to her families past, beautifully layered and coloured. On reading it, one can breath the scent of the olive groves and be warmed by the sun. I want to meet you, Isabel.

I am looking forward to my copy arriving and look forward to reviewing it. Before doing so, however, I want to recommend the author to you. After reading his work on John Nelson Parr an influencial Pentecostal leader in the UK, I was, as I expected, impressed with the angle on the book.

Harry Letson always gives great insight and shows keen attention to detail. The aspect I most enjoy however, is that he alway endeavours to give the whole side of the story. Using one of his common phrases, he likes to tell a story 'warts and all'.

It is because of this intention in his teaching to give an 'all angles', non-biased account that I trust and enjoy his writing. If you are looking for an honest and trust worthy history to Pentecostalism written from a British perspective, then I am sure that this book will provide exactly that.

Rich overview

Ellis, highly regarded for his books about Celtic and Druid history, has produced another tremendous book with "Celtic Inheritance." The author starts with a study of pre-Celtic society and religion, progresses through the evolution of Celtic Christianity, and concludes with a country-by-country discussion of Celtic religious beliefs and practices.

If you are serious about studying the Pagan roots of Christianity, or a history of Christianity's evolution in the context of Celtic beliefs and practices, this is a must-read book. I refer to it often in my own studies, and rank it among the top three texts for Celtic spiritual history.

Museum Piece Religion

This book is a wonderful example of British "museum piece religion." It attempts to describe how the Anglican Church can celebrate its liturgies with all of the "pomp and circumstance" of the Catholic Church's Sarum and Roman Rites. Though largely out of dateat this time, it is an important contribution to understanding the life and sensibilities of some of the world's Christians.

Your review should focus on the book's content and context. The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a book, but also why. Feel free to mention related items and how this book rates in comparison to them.

I like this book. This book is funfilled and interesting. Chalet School fans would enjoy reading about the trials and tribulations of Gay Lambert and her freinds. This book also introduces Annis Lovell and her difficult relationship with her guardian. I think the plot of this book is good especially for its flow and also its ability to capture and develop characters of different group of individuals in earlier books. It also manages to capture the scenes without having the reader having to read previous book to know who is who. i feel that this boook should be in the 10+ age group mainly because they will develop the individuals mind and character

This book is one of my favourites. The Nazis occupy Austria and the Chalet School has to relocate. Many kids are pulled out of school. This is also the book where Joey gets married and becomes a Mommy. Read this book you will enjoy it too.
