This is a wonderful book 4 lowrider enthusiasts across the world.

Chock full of great pictures and easy to read explanations of how these great machines work. The realistic drawings are very colorful and descriptive. My son could look at this book all day(and from the looks of it he does!). Great gift for boys.

Just want to know if this book has a detailed repair and maintenace about automatic transmission. On how to replace a automatic transmission on Mazda MPV 1992.

I purchased this for my husband, who recently purchased a 1962 MGA to restore. He thinks it is an excellent reference book. He is very pleased with it.

i am a pakistani so this kind of book is like a hidden treasure for me and others. i am lucky that some how i got it even if it was very costly for me,but after studying this book i came to know that this deal was really very very cheep for me.the book is so easy to understand the language of the book is also very easy.the methods used to check different components was so understanding. in my view this book is a deal of a treacure in $105.,

My son was given this book at his birth. He is now 2 and knows every truck in this book by name and loves to "read" it daily. This book has a lot of technical information that is placed in a good context for children to understand (ie. a roller weighs 15 tons-as much as about 5,000 watermellons) but mostly it has great pictures of trucks. I have three daughters who do not understand his infatuation with this book, but truly it is his favorite. I would reccomend this book to anybody with a boy even as young as 2 (although I'll warn you we've had to tape several pages because of his age!).

This book provides much of the needed information to aid todays diesel technician stay abreast of constantly changing technology when there is little or none furnished on the job.

This book has been in our family for years. It was first introduced to our children and since then has been passed onto our grandchildren. Our copy of "Monster Road Builders" has been used so much that we have more taped pages than not. We now have to order more copies for expanding family and to share with others who have not yet experienced this phenomial children's book.

I would highly recommend this book for any child who enjoys reading about construction equipment. The text is written at a level that children can understand and enjoy. The pictures are so wonderfuly done and they tell a story in themselves. Young children enjoy the pictures and as they grow older, they continue to enjoy the book's text to learn about what each piece of equipment does.

Children love to find the mouse on each page. It is the first thing they look for when a page is turned. Another favorite in our family is the picture where the man's shoe gets stuck in the mud. Our grandchildren laugh and laugh when they come to this page. Each page has so much detail that it can generate wonderful conversation between an adult and a child. Each page describes a different piece of equipment that is needed to build a road.

I would highly recommend this book to any child who is interested in construction, curious about road work they have seen,or who enjoys trucks and machines.

I purchased this for my grandson who is going to be 4 - he is a monster truck fanatic and is always looking for more things on them - I plan to get more of these on other subjects - the pictures were great along with the simple lines about the picture there were enough items on the pages to change things up to finding the colors, how many of things etc I still choose the board books because at his age they stand up better and he has a younger sister who is also into trucks too!
