A clean, fun, exciting, and romantic adventure, A Lady in Disguise is well written and a quick read. It is by far the best Regency Romance that I have read and has even become one of my favorite books, in any category!

I adore her. I have not read one book that wasn't of the highest quality writing. This author is the very reason I love the regency genre.

Lady Helena rebukes the throng of males dangling after her because she believes their motives to be money lust- She is however a very beautiful gracious lady tho insecure in her non financial virtues- Enter a hero from the wars who is warm, good company, intelligient and determined that he will never take a wife until his badly handled estates are brought up to appearances.As they become friends , he becomes aware ot the danger in her life by witnessing several strange accidents. Tho he vows not to marry for quite a while he cannot allow this beautiful lady to be harmed and so working together closely to find answers, they also find special feelings. answers they get, the closer they get -and love roars it head quite loudly- too loudly for anyone to disobey- saweet, romantic, challenging-

Reg and Abby are what dreams are made of. The attraction was immediate and blazed off the pages. Cynthia Sterling has the ability to make me feel like I'm there. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I can hardly wait for my copy of Runaway Ranch.

Dean couldn't help but feel how deseparetly he needed money as he was sitting in Leonard's den facing a safe containing 30,000 worth of bearer bonds. While Leonar ran off for ten minutes, Dean stole the the bonds and easily exchanged them for cash. The problem arises when Leonard notices that the bonds are missing way to early --one crime quickly moves to another - love, larceny leading to a brutal murder...but, this time it had been easier to redeem the bonds then himself! ---This book was all but impossible to put down! ...such a quick suspensful, fulfilling read!

This book was so great, I have read it in the past and wish to pwn it. I am shocked that it will not be made anymore. It is a real page- turner!

The 3rd in a series about Harald Sigurdharsson (Harald Hardrada) the Lightning of the North. I enjoy Poul Anderson for his style of writing which is unusual but his descriptions are evokative and this series should be read by all fans of North legend. The fact that these are presented in a quick read paperback series should not put you off as this book should more properly be published in hardback and deserves to be. The tale is fairly true to historical sources. If you like the style of writing here he raises it to a higher art form in Mother of Kings a novel obout Erik Bloodaxe.

An excellent writing for those that are intrigued by the propositions of such authors as Napoleon Hill. Truly, if physicians would have continued to pursue the truths contained herein, they would impose far less sickness and suffering upon the lives of those that place their trust in them.
