Rabbits Books

I bought this book for my niece in grade 1. The two sides of the story (the adult read side and the kid read side) means that the kid reads with you but the story still moves along pretty quickly. What a great idea. I'm looking for more in this range.

Finally got this book, had been waiting for my little ones to get a tad older so they could really appreciate it! Loved it!! Very amusing, a very good read, excellent illustrations, just the right length too. Such a shame that this author has passed, she certainly had it all. I'll be purchasing the rest of her books shortly.

Sunny Bunnies is a very sweet story about a family of bunnies who go to the beach for a day of sun, fun, picnics and roasted marshmallows over a campfire. I got it right after my family had returned from the beach, and my four year-old girls have really enjoyed reading (and re-reading it). The book will be a nice year-round reminder of our vacation.

I really recommend Sunny Bunnies - it's gentle and sweet and has great pictures that kept my girls very interested. The best part: at the end, the parents collapse horizontally on their bed while their kids stay up late downstairs prolonging the beach day.

I loved the illistrations they are excelent for keeping the little ones attention. Beautiful pictures and loved the story.

An excellent book to read to a child - great lesson about accepting who you are and not who you are not.

I used this book with a 2nd grade unit on Texas. I got the idea from a friend who teaches 7th grade Texas History. Readers follow Timmy on an adventure through the state. He visits several great places along the way. It was fun to use the illustrations and the clues to try and figure out what area we were in. My students and I enjoyed our field trip across Texas. Tumbelweed Tom on the Texas Trail is another great tool for teachers.

Like many other books, I grew up with this one. This is a book that you can read over and over again and it will never get old. The characters are also good. Within the story, there is a little adventure. It also has a little bit of a conflict. It is an exciting book to read. I think kids everywhere would like this kind of book. The illustrations are also really good. That makes it even more interesting. I thought that this book was a great book. I would recommend to any kids that want an adventurous, but yet interesting book.

Every child should have Peter Rabbit to learn to read. I memorized it with my mother and I was on my way to reading. It is the most wonderful book that no child should be without.

This is a beautiful book - I like the large version for very young people. I bought it for a baby shower to go with Peter Rabbit crockery. I read it again for the umpteenth time and it was as charming as ever.

This is a well-narrated version of a great classic. My grandson loves it and listens to it often in the car.
