The pictures of real bunnies are just precious. Inside each page has a two-word "activity" that rhymes with the next page.
You just can't go wrong with pictures of cute rabbits and the cute things they do. I bought this book for a baby shower for
a collection of baby books with a bunny theme. I included the classics "Pat the Bunny" and "Good Night Moon" and then added
from there.

My two-year-old sleeps with this book. He has loved it almost to death. The cute smiling rabbits inside and very simple rhymes
are very appealing. It's a good "counting" book. I am ordering a spare!

This is a sweet little book with an adorible little bunny. The little bunny rides in his stroller as he and his mommy walk
to the bakery. Baby bunny waves "bye-bye" to Daddy as they go and says "hi", to everyone they meet along the way. So if
you have a little one that loves to wave and say "hi", and "bye-bye" this is the perfect book! My 18 month old loves it.

to order a new one because she wore out the other one.

The Carrot War is a wonderful story about some Horrible Hares and some nice rabbits. The Hares steal their carrots and take
them back to Fort Hare. The rabbits develop some plans to get their carrots back. The illustrations are wonderful, with lots
of details to look at.
My son loves this book and likes to pretend we're all rabbits (or horrible hares) and have to escape, etc... So, the book has inspired his imagination.

This is an extraordinary collections of photos. Frees did not harm or mistreat his subjects and insisted they were not drugged.
His talent was remarkable and yet he died penniless and was buried in a pauper's grave. His intuition about when to snap his
shutter and his mother's hand made costumes make this a delightful snapshot into the life of a reclusive artist who committed
suicide at the age of 74 (he had cancer).

A wonderful addition to the "Chicago and the Cat" series - warm, friendly, funny story, with warm, friendly, funny illustrations.
I've found that kids relate to the personality conflicts in the stories, with the slightly crabby (but soft at heart), fish-loving
Cat and the always optimistic, vegetarian rabbit, Chicago.
These are well-written, well-illustrated early chapter books, with strong chapter endings that keep the reader turning pages. The art and text work well together, each telling part of the story, resulting in a unified, delightful tale.

"Christopher Counting" is a fun little book about a bunny who learns how to count and soon becomes very enamored with the
idea. He only learns counting up to ten, but this is enough to really set him going. He finds himself counting everything,
from the fish in his aquarium to a number of times a friend's rock skips. And when some of his friends ask him to join in
an exciting game of hide-and-seek, he finds a great use for his counting -- first counting to give them time to hide and then
counting each of them as he finds them.
The story is nothing especially exciting or new, but is just lively and fun enough to maintain interest. The real fun is in the pictures, which are both cute and quirkily amusing at times. I certainly would not mind seeing another adventure involving Christopher -- maybe he can tackle the alphabet next.

I bought this book for my mother to give to her cousin, who has spent much time in England and Europe. He loved it! It's chock
full of various Cockney phrases which bring back the time he's spent ranging around England. A charming book for the seasoned
Anglophile.
