Young readers being introduced to chapter books will adore Scream for Ice Cream -- a wonderful Nancy Drew mystery. Nancy, Bess and George are The Clue Crew, and they can solve any mystery using deductive reasoning and a super sense of fun and friendship.

When an ice cream company in River Heights announces a contest to pick the best recipe for a new flavor, Nancy is sure that her idea for Clue Berry will be a winner. But something goes wrong. It was great! Its the only book I've ever read that combined romance with a suspensful mystery. It was exciting, and I've read over at least 3 times because of how well written the plot was. I hope every girl and boy in America should read this book, because they'll be just as enthused as I was after reading this book

Incredible

Tell Me the Truth is an incredible book, though I wouldn't reccomend it for kids under 11. It deals with real adult issues, as this whole series does, and may not be suitable for people who do not understand the circle of life.

This book picked up upon Nancy's growing relationship and attraction to Peter Goodwin (I think that's how you spell it). Somehow, Nancy gets these vibes that Peter is not telling her the truth. Ex-girlfriend (of Peter's) Dawn Steiger, who is also Nancy's resident advisor, only confirms Nancy's suspicions, yet doesn't tell her, though it is obvious she knows. Another complication - well, maybe not so much a complication, but definetely confusing issue - is that Nancy has got to figure out why junior, journalist, and hot-shot Jake Collins is suddenly giving her much more attention. They haven't even spoken two words to each other before!

People who have read any book(s) in this series know that mystery takes the back seat whereas life and romance share the front. However mystery still plays a significant part in all books, and in this one, Bess Marvin - one of Nancy's best friends - is framed for stealing a huge biology exam. It's up to Nancy to help her friends and clear their names.

I know that I've said plenty about not reccomending this book, but honestly, it is one of my favourites in the series. If you feel you won't be confused about real-life issues, YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!

REAL AWESOME!!!!

This is really good. One of the best. But it was sort of sad that Peter and Nancy had to break their relationship off. They would have made a real good couple. But it is very awesome and I absolutely love it!

In this case, Nancy must fight to keep her father's (Carson Drew) innocence after he is accused of bribery to a judge. The thing is, the judge he supposedly has bribed has been a close friend of Carson's for years! Why would he wrongly accuse his friend? But all evidence is erased when the judge is murdered, and it's up to Nancy to rediscover it!

An exciting book!

I really like this book. It's full of plots, action, and suspense, and different from the other Nancy Drew books that I've read. Nancy's father, Carson Drew, a famous lawyer, has been accused of a crime and it's up to Nancy to clear her father's name. Nancy ended up going undercover as a cabdriver. In her investigation, she found out most of her father's trusted clients and friends have turned against him. Why? Read it to find out for yourself!

This is one of the best books that I have ever read. I like the detective type stories so Carolyn Keene is one of my most read authors. In this book there is thrill and romance and it creates suspence so you can never put the book down until you finish it. The only part I don't like is when she finds the pen in the feed both it was unreal. People do not just leave pens around when they just planted a threatning tape. But over all it was a good book. The end is very suspenceful and you wonder how she is going to get out of the danger.

This book was very good! It is where nancy, bess, ned, and george go white water rafting and camping after george wins a trip there. They meet many other people that are going on the trip, and once they leave for the trip, bad things start happening. A raft is torn to shreds, one person goes missing, and one falls off the cliffs and dies. Then they start running out of suppllies, and lose their compass, and they can't find the way back. But you will just have to see for yourself what happens next. Buy is today!

one of the best i've ever read!
