Judy Blume Books

I thought the book,"It's Not The End Of The World," was fantastic! I love how Judy Blume writes. She explains things in really good detail. Judy Blume is so fantastic at writing that I have read almost all of her books! Another one of my favorites is, "Are You There God It's Me Margaret?"

I can definitely relate to the main character, Karen, because her parents are going through a divorce, and I had to go through that also. Karen gives her opinion to her mom and she was really mad at her mom when they broke the news to her that they were getting a divorce. It's really hard to go through a divorce even if you're not the one that is going through the divorce it's your parent's.Overall, my point is that I absolutely love this book.

This book, Its Not The End of the World, is a pretty good book. The reason it appealed to me when i picked it up and read the back summary, is because the girl, Karen, in the story has/was going through the same thing as me when i was younnger: divorce. However, when my dad left my mom i was barely one year old, so i didn't even know what was really going on until i started seeing my dad on the weekends..anyway, another reason i like the book, is because its a fast read for me, its not to long but its not short, and when i opened the book to the first page it seemed like a book that i would be interested in during SSR (Sustained Silent Reading). I have read a couple of Judy Blume's books before and I enjoyed them, I forget there names but most of her books are fast and filled with lots of actual and true events that are going on throughout the world, such as: Divorce, Marriage, Terrorism and Friendships, and much more!I give this book a 3 out of 5 because it wasn't my favorite book, it was just a decent book that was fine to read.
