First author who wrote so clearly on the subject and actually first author who ever wrote about the subject.

The book is detailed with the history of the ranch back as far as the
Devitt family is concerned about which is what I was curious. There was
some owners prior to the Devitt's about which would also have been interesting. The book is well worth reading for those interested in Texas
ranch history.

This book gives great advice for contesting your property tax advice, provided that you live in the state of Colorado.

This book is out of print and I left mine on the train. Best concise information I have ever read concerning tax laws.

Any who would understand the functions and purposes of the IRS over decades of history and Presidential changes will want to read Power To Destroy, which explores how various projects and government agencies have changed IRS functions over the years. Both parties used the IRS to achieve political goals during the 1960s and 70s: this explains and explores methods and purposes.

Good reference book for insurance professionals who are serious about using life insurance to do all it is capable of doing!

Albert Ellentuck; the merger guru of his hey day reveal simple easy to read and understand techniques of how to evaluate merger possibilities, profability and just plan stupidity of why they won't happen or why it should be avoided if they do. His well explaining manner conveys the process of company merger so well and in dept you'll have amble knowledge necessary to conduct you own merger and the ability to make money of mergers going on around you in the investment community. I almost gave it 4 stars because it doesn't explain the paper work involved, but it really was a more understood and enjoyable read for me then any other material I studied on the subject. So I went for the five stars after all.
