The journey starts with email and continues through to your own web site. Along the way you will find step-by-step examples for everything you need to know presented in a way even the novice computer person can understand. In my opinion well worth the purchase price because it was helpful and interesting reading.

This book covers a lot of internet related issues, like moral and immoral ways to make money online. The author also touches other business related topics, like money laundering, offshore banking, and information security. Read it, even if you have no intention of actually starting an online business. And if do want to try your hand at ECommerce, this book is essential.

I chanced upon this book yesterday at the State Library of NSW (Australia), and it will be extremely useful as I prepare a library internet page myself. It is comprehensive, scrupulously reviewed, and extremly useful. The price however, is exorbitant, and has meant that it is outside the price range of individual buyers, and can only be found in the reference section of one public Library in Australia.

This is a really nicely laid out book. I've used other guides to the internet for kids before, but this was the first that was really made for the child to use instead of for the parent to then go and help the child. My kids really love getting out there own their own. With the guidlines the book tells them about stuff like talking to stangers and giving out names and address, I don't have to worry about them at all.
