This book is a very simple read. I felt like the buying process was spelled out in a very direct fashion and advice was given in such a way that even a first time home buyer could feel confident. I recommend the book to anyone who is considering the purchase of a home in the future.

This book is easy to understand and is very helpful for sellers to understand the process a buyer goes through to purchase a home. It gives the buyer guidelines and a bit of hand holding to make it more comfortable for the buyers to understand the process.

What an amazing resource for anyone who is considering a purchase of real estate in North Carolina. I'm not a real estate professional, but I do live in NC, and the opportunities for making a great real estate investment here are well worth checking out. The authors have done a great job of putting together advice and tips that every buyer and seller should know. It doesn't matter if you are a first-time buyer, an investor or whether you are looking at commercial or residential, you should check this book out before you make any decisions. Good luck.

I'm not going to get into details here. Gary Carr was banned from ever selling cars ever again for publishing this book. It is the sleeping giant of how to buy a new or used car. All the others are secretly in league with with the car manufacturers and dealers. Only Gary blows the lid on the Big Secret. Ya gotta buy this one.

I waited for this book to be finished for almost 2 years. When I finally received the book, I devoured it in one day. Rick makes the principles in the book very easy to understand and he really speaks "retail" like nobody I've ever heard before.
I modified the letter found on page 96 for three major promotions in my retail shoe store and all three have been huge successes. Our last sale resulted in sales over $10,000.00 in one day and that was without giving away the store!
I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is in retail and wants to learn some new and incredible ways to run a sale in their store. It will be one of the best investments you could ever make!

Mitchell's account of AMC cars and history is the best I've seen. It has the most current rendition and explanation of the AMC story of all the books on the subject. One of the books highlights is the amount of truely wonderful pictures of very rare cars that are not just cutouts of the AMC dealer brochures. These cars exist today and that means alot to any enthusiast. It is surely a must have for any AMC buff and is reccomended reading for any car enthusiast.

The Illustrated Buyers' Guide to CASE Tractors has many good, vintage photos of CASE tractors in the field which show period implements, as well. The author includes serial number information, production numbers and details model changes. There is Nebraska Tractor Test data, along with model specification tables that are difficult to find in one volume. Overall; a MUST for the CASE collector!

A excellent book for Dodge-lovers. Has a lot of imformation on Dodge cars from Dodge inception (1914) to date. Has identification, rating, appraisal etc. on every Dodge car except, curiously, one. The Dodge Aspen. A car that, in R/T, Super Coupe, and Kit Car dressing are very collectible. Has Mirada, Omni, Spirit, Shadow, why not Aspen?

I'd have given it 6 stars if it had color photos. This is an indispensable reference for anyone interested in vintage Ford and Fordson farm tractors. Plenty of details and b/w photos illustrating the details of each model and a chronological listing of model year changes. This is the one I reach for for quick, accurate information. A wealth of historical data in an easy-to-use format. A great companion to Pripps' "Vintage Ford Tractors," this one can go with you to the tractor auction.
