I listen to this tape as often as my time permits. I'm glad to know that someone has taken the time to make a tape like this. I'd like to find others on business techniques, selling, etc.

I know there are many arquements against carbs & protien diets and I guess all our bodies are different in their reaction to both of these. This book demonstrates that ultimate control of eating the right balance and control of carbs at the core of a healthy maintainable diet. It leans towards ultimate vegetarianism although for some the author realises this may not be possible and offers more balanced diets with meat. I guess in a nut shell what the author got across to me is fat contains fat and to much of anything for example protien is bad for you. Carbs in control are healthy in fibre, filling and release just the chemicals you need to improve your metabolic rate for a long substained satisfying way of eating rather then a quick fix diet. But remember a baegal is not a donaught another explained thing in this excellent book.

I believe this is the best weight loss book for several reasons. First it is bible based and I know that God cares how I take care of my body and how healthy I am. Where diet doctors and weight loss programs are there to make money first and if you fail they know you'll come back or try something else. This is a no fail program if you rely on God. It is a book that you can take with you no matter where you are. Short chapters to read and concentrate on. It is a gradual process. I lost 15 pounds on it. I was only 25 pounds overweight but I am only 5 foot tall. Every pound shows on a short person. This book can be done by a group of people or just one, it is very versatile. I read this book about a year and a half ago and have since lost 55 pounds! Everything in this book makes so much sense, you'd be a fool not to follow it. Everyone asks me what sort of diet I went on to lose the weight and everyone gets the same response from me, "I never went on a diet, I changed my life." That is the whole essence of the food and exercise parts of this book. It focuses on "life changes" rather than dieting. I had already quit smoking about a year before reading this book, but even that section was helpful to me. If you're ready for a life change... READ THIS BOOK!

This is a good addition to the alli starter pack. lots of additional information about the diet pill and about dieting in general. includes recipes as part of it was written by a professional chef. Also includes questions from regular people and the answers. If you want to make an informed diet decision, this is great. writers include gary foster phd, caroline apovian m.d., kathleen daelemans professional chef, and madelyn fernstrom phd.

I order 2 weeks before a major sales presentation---I made the sale! The public speaking worked!

Romy's book is wonderful. She addresses a lot of issues that most women are going thru. Her book is very different and she writes mainly about her own experience. Which is great, because then most of us can relate to her. She talks about:
1. Her personal story,
2. exercising,
3. diet,
4. the power of your mind,
5. hypothyroidism,
6. hormonal imbalances,
7. natural medicine and remedies,
8. essential oils,
9. mercury toxicity
10. and a bunch more.

I read this book very fast. I am going thru most of the imbalances and thyroid problems she went thru and I am following most of her recommendations with great success. Her diet plan is flexible and basically you create it yourself, based on the guidelines given. This for me works a lot better. The exercise routine given is very fair. If you follow it you will see results. I have lost weight and inches.

For me this book was the start of my education for my own health and to create hormonal balance. She gives many recommended reading which I have followed as well.

I gave her 5 stars because I learned a lot and this book was the beginning of my search for hormonal balancing and for losing weight. I feel many people can benefit from her book and her recommendations, especially women.
