In ATLANTIC SECURITY: CONTENDING VISIONS, Kupchan presents severeal examples of what could and should become of NATO in the
future. This is a book of 3 comparative essays by Stephen Walt, Olie Waever, and Kupchan. If you're interested in possible
future scenario's for NATO then this work is interesting, even though Kupchan's view may not be plausible under current
national circumstances for both the U.S. and several western European countries. Walt and Waever both put forth intriguing
arguments on NATO's future. This work was a good introduction to the topic.

Are you a software hobbyist? If you are, then this book is for you. Authors Stephen Cawood and Mark Fiala, have done an outstanding
job of writing a book that provides all of the information that you will need to quickly start developing your own Augmented
Reality (AR) applications.
Cawood and Fiala, begin by showing you how to get started by running AR on your system. Then, the authors explain how OpenGL is used to create computer graphics for AR. Next, they show you how to create OpenGL applications. The authors also show you how to develop AR applications. They continue by showing you how to integrate ARTag into your OpenGL programming to create your own AR applications. Then, the authors show you how to use typical video game design flow to create 3D models in a specialized 3D program and then import them into the AR program you're writing. Next, they show you how to create a 3D AR video game. Finally, the authors also help you build upon the game you started to build earlier in the book.
This most excellent book provides detailed explanations of AR technology--even the math is explained. But, more importantly, the book will show you how to create your own AR applications, using nothing more than a PC and a USB 2.0 webcam.

Even if this book is in Cambodian, but this is the biography about a man who saved Cambodia from the Communists! People who
live today should be thankful! If it wasnt for him, Cambodia maybe couldnt live until today! He sacrafised his life to save
our lives, and ended in a dark jail, being hurt in every single way and didnt see the outside world for years! Read it and
you'll see how depressing it was. A promise that you will cry, after knowing what happened after all these years!

This book is a collection of essays that manages to cohere and give a very readable in-depth review of the state of the art.
I would recommend purchasing this book with the "Handbook of Fingerprint Recognition" by Maltoni et. al. The quality of the
writing is remarkably good, but a little bit more technical than in the handbook. I found the first chapter on history especially
interesting, but you would probably not spend all that money on this book for leisure reading.

The B'nai B'rith series of books on Jewish thought provides clear basic outlines of the thinking of major Jewish figures of
the modern era. The approach is eclectic and there is an effort to draw from all streams of Judaism. Each chapter is a good
introduction which might lead to fuller effort to understand the thinker in question, which when they are like Rabbis Kook
and Soloveitchik well known.

This is a very colorful and simple book that has big pictures my 10 month old really loves. Each page has a different picture
that you can make sounds to. This really hold the baby's attention. My son loves the helicopter and makes "raspberries"
for the sound of the propeller. Perfect for babies.

In recent years, the influence of Ivan Boszormenyi-Nagy's contextual approach to therapy has been expanding tremendously.
Now this volume presents concisely and clearly the ideas and methods fundamental to Contextual Therapy (CT).
Working in close cooperation with Boszormenyi-Nagy, the authors of this book have captured the essential principles of CT. It is a therapy deeply rooted in human relationships, which deals with four important dimensions of relational reality: 1) factual predeterminants; 2) human psychology; 3) communications and transactions; and 4) relational ethics.
This last dimension is the most powerful aspect of Boszormenyi-Nagy's vision of individual and family therapy, involving concepts such as loyalty, trust, trustworthiness, and entitlement, which are too often neglected. The principle of multidirectional partiality is also discussed - the ability of the therapist to side with the interests of all individual family members whether or not they are present at a family session.
Balance in Motion opens with an illuminating interview with Boszormenyi-Nagy, which focuses on the development of CT and highlights a number of the most valuable aspects of this approach. The following chapters deal with the principles of loyalty, trust, and entitlement. Then, a detailed family interview conducted by Boszormenyi-Nagy is accompanied by his own line-by-line explanations about the reasons behind each step, each question, and each intervention in the treatment.
Applications in clinical practice are presented in the last chapter, and the book closes with a glossary of definitions in CT, which will help the reader to become more familiar with the fundamental terms of this approach.
Balance in Motion movingly reflects the love and trust that form the basis not only of CT, but of all therapy. It is a practical introduction to Boszormenyi-Nagy's unique vision of individual and family therapy that will enrich the knowledge and clinical practice of every therapist.
