A beautiful lion, tree frog, orangutans, chameleon, tiger and macaw are all here, beautifully photographed and just waiting for your toddler to experience the textures they all have. The wonderful feathers of the macaw are worth the price of the whole book. And, the price is very low.

The words are very simple, but your baby will be enthralled by this wonderful book that entertains and educates.

Invaluable reading for anyone interested in behind-the-scenes and front-of-the-camera insight into this classic Japanese director. Mellen's "In the Realm of the Senses" is truly "The Story of Oshima." It proved to be essential research for my own forthcoming book, "SADA: An Erotic Tale of Love and Murder."

My children love reading this over and over and can name all the animals. Great gift as well.

As an architecture student about to graduate May of 2008, I find this kind of publication great to see what the rest of the world is doing. i especially enjoy the Danish style of model making. If you are a fan of the guys formerly of PLOT you will like this book. I got to visit the office of Henning/Larsen a few years ago and was impressed by the work they were doing then so seeing the work Larsen is doing now is cool.

This folktale-like story features two delicious elements that kids can't resist: cake and silliness! Children will giggle knowingly at the antics pulled by pudding-for-brains Jack . . . and cheer when he comes up with a tasty solution to his problem. An excellent choice for young readers, filled with wit and wisdom and an easy-to-read style that will give kids a feeling of triumphant satisfaction when they close the book and say: "I read it all by myself!" (Don't be surprised if they're hungry for a piece of cake or pie, afterward!)

These are beautiful books. I will have to save my pennies. Exquisite quality.

This book is full of wonderful text and beautiful photos, both color and black and white. There are black and white photos of the cast members including a full page photo of Alan Rickman, Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, and Kate Winslet.

There is an extensive diary of the filming of this wonderful Jane Austen novel filled with detail after detail of who the original work was painstakingly brought to screen.

Kipper's books are excellent, and this one is no exception. It is really cute and my baby has a lot of fun with touching the various creatures and things. The book is full of touch and feel entertainment and nice colorful drawings. It's on par with the Touch and Feel series (Baby Animals, Wild Animals, Farm, etc.) Highly recommended along with all the Kipper books.

The story is about a frog who swears he will turn into a prince if you just kiss him. But with every kiss he turns into another wonderfully illustrated animal with the big 3-d lips on. My son can't wait to lean in and kiss those rubber lips (they also squeak) everytime I turn the page. The frog turns into a dog that turns into a fish that turns into a gorilla and then ends up as a skunk with the skunk begging for a kiss but no one would give it to him. A great durable board book that my son thoroughly enjoys!
