Good cross reference material. Drugs broken down in different catagories is helpful. Could use more information about drugs, ie. not all dosages are listed.

Gets to the point of the prototypes. Too bad they didn't write their horrible text the same way. And, too bad this book is out of print. Would prevent many headaches.

This book is great for those considering a career as a Pharmacy Technician. There is alot of information that may be referenced again and again.

This small under-rated book is THE definitive book on virtually all drugs of abuse. It breaks down each of the drugs by category and by use, giving the properties of each and their derivation, and side effects including potential for addiction. Anyone interested in the chemical abuse field, or merely curious about some of the drugs they may be prescribed, will find this an exceptional buy.

A very comprehensive book about perfume, soap and cosmetic industry. Decribes in great details about the industry historically. The book also provides information about where the flow, tendency and future of the perfume is going.

A must buy for perfumers, soap makers, and general cosmetic manufacturers.

THIS BOOK WAS MUCH MORE HELPFUL THAN THE ONE I HAD TO BUY FOR SCHOOL. IT BROKE EVERYTHING DOWN INTO OUTLINE FORMATE AND EVEN IDS THE NCLEX INFO.

The attached use-restriction strings notwithstanding, there is much to cheer about this CD-ROM version of "Principles of Pharmacology". Anybody that is interested in this book will benefit from its extensive coverage of all aspects of pharmacology, including cogent information on pharmacognosy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacotherapeutics, pharmacodynamics, and toxicology.
The authors did their job well: they had taken care in establishing this masterpiece into a reference top-gun. Worth pointing out is the comprehensive coverage given to Maternal/Foetal Medicine, Neuro-diseases' Therapy, as well as general pharmacology as it concerns Intensive Care.

The book starts by giving the fundamental rundown on all the major points in process development and then moves on to about twenty worked examples taken from industry. It also discusses other essential points such as economy, GMP, and the things that you don't imagine process development to be about, but should. I am relatively new to process development and I find the book very helpful, but I don't know if the book would be very revealing to a more experienced process chemist.
