This book is absolutely amazing! I've read it twice and could hardly put it down both times. Stormie lays it all out, and this book is so honest and real. Thank you Stormie, for being willing to share your story with the world. It helped me tremendously!

Stormie's story is truly a story of what a great Redeemer and Savior we have in Jesus Christ!! The bible says that where sin abounds, grace abounds even more. AMEN!! Thank you for writing this story. I have read the other books of Stormie ... the power of a praying woman, wife, parent, the prayer that changes everything: Stormie's story gives the rest of her books a little more hope. Because who she was, wasn't who she remained. There is complete and 150% hope in the Lord. Thank you STormie, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

One of the best, authentic Christian biographies on how God delivers us from evil into the light of His Son, Jesus. A truly inspiring story of forgiveness and healing. I could not put this book down until I finished it! This is absolutely a "must read" for all Christians who need to understand the power of God and the process of sanctification.

The Spirit of God has anointed me to heal the broken hearted

Even for those who have been brought up in a loving family, this book will be deeply moving. To those who have experienced an unhappy childhood, lacking love and perhaps experiencing abuse, this book will surely encourage one to believe that Jesus is indeed the one who is anointed to heal the broken hearted and bring hope, healing and wholeness to any who turn to him.

Stormie tells her story with amazing frankness and honesty. Truly this is a book that cannot be put down. The pain, trauma and emotion flow from each page with heart rending effect. In the final chapter where she tells of sharing her story in a women's prison, its impact on the inmates reflects its moving power as she relates how Jesus Christ took the broken pieces of her life and made her whole. If you know anybody who has suffered abuse and broken relationships this book is a must read for them, but it is highly recommended to all readers whatever their background.

I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have a look into Stormie Omartian's life and heart. It was easy to relate to the open way she told her story, through pain and loss, through mistakes and fear, through faith and triumph. She got real, more real than I even expected, and she truly touched my heart. As I read, I felt the grace of God covering her writing and allowing her to express the truth of her faith and her experiences in a way that could heal and bless others. When you read this book, no doubt, your heart will connect with Stormie's story and feel just as blessed as mine did. God bless you, Stormie. And thank you for your courage...

I just got my copy of this book today. From what I've looked at so far, it seems to be very clear, thorough and well-illustrated. My only complaint is that this book is oversized and heavy. It's not the kind of thing that will fit in my gym bag so I can refer to it while working out. I think it needs a better format.

This book is heavily weighted toward the use of exercise machines. If you have access to them at home or in a gym, then it's an excellent book for toning and strength building. If you don't, you'll discover that, aside from the sturdy spiral format, it has little to offer the at-home exerciser interested in using handheld, wrist, or ankle weights and the Thera Band system. If the latter is more your speed, try Joan Pagano's excellent book: "Strength Training for Women."

Very Complete

I was surprised at the depth of and introduction to some critical exercises that even the best strength training books do not even attempt to address: things like wrist strength, pronation movements, and so forth. I felt this book really rounded out my exercises and it pictured the muscles I use so that I could build a more complete routine around all of the muscle groups I wanted to target or had been neglecting. Great book, spiral with pix, easy to take to gym.

An inspiring account of the Apache campaign to defend their way of life against both the American and Mexican armies. The Indians are the original defenders of these lands. They can teach us much about being fully committed to the struggle, using bold and innovative tactics to defeat "superior" forces, and using our connection to the land as a source of strength.

This book is extremely strong, touching, beautiful, realistically painful and raw in description of the historical facts. It is a book that i will never forget, and one of few books i most probably will read again. The historical character of Geronimo is fascinating. A warrior, a killer, AND a deeply spiritual man. A shaman with power to call on spirits of nature for help. I diagree totally with the reviewer below who claims the descriptions of anglosaxicans to be negative stereotype. I just read the book and was moved by the few incidents of friendships and respect between whites and natives. That a many anglosaxicans and mexicans had no human consideration for or respect for the indians is a historical fact. Frankly, in my view, there is still an issue today in the US, among a conservative minority, which speaks of incredibly stupidity, bloodthirst and greed, and of thinking - like religious sects - "us and them". This "philosophy" is the darkest sideeffect of the most rigid and dualistic christanity, and has nothing to do with pure religious feeling. It is sad that this model of "thought", that this tradition has been "in the seat" of the nation for a while now. It is the same forces that this books speaks of - forces of greed.

But speaking of the book again: Read it! - you will have your own experience of it. There is a lot to learn about history and authentic native spiritual understanding. It is filled with pain, beauty and painful beauty. My (lack of) demand of the english language cannot do it right!

This review is based on the norwegian translation.

In addition to the same author's "The Education of Little Tree,"this is one of the best books about the Native American experience that I have read. As a teacher of Native American Traditions, with an extended family that includes relatives of Apache heritage, this book is very special to me. Forrest Carter touches places inside of the spiritual aspects that few writers can reach. His writing is not only historically accurate, it has a depth and poetry that is so moving. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is a student of the Native American way.

Whatever the court of public opinion is on Forrest(Asa) Carter, one thing is for certain..this guy could really write. In this book he takes much of the history of Geromino and writes a fantastic story. The Chiricahua Apaches had a great hatred for the Mexicans and spent many years and blood warring with the Mexican soldiers. That hatred was caused by the Spanish taking the Apaches as slaves, stealing Apache women, forced religious conversions, placing a bounty on the their scalps and generally trying to wipe out their settlements. That hatred was so fierce that the Apaches, for a time, even allowed the US Cavalry free access acrossed their lands. Alot of this action takes place among the Sierra Madres along the Mexican border. From this culture came Geronimo..a spiritual medicine man and battle tactician...the Apache Chiefs relied on his wisdom(how much is certainly debatable). When the US Cavalry got involved and the Apaches were forcibly moved to the San Carlos Reservation(Eastern Arizona), he and one of the Chiefs, Juh, fled with a band of followers back into old Mexico. Carter fills the pages with treachery, vengance and pathos making this a fantastic page-turner. The book is written, as expected, from Geronimos' and the Apaches' point of view and generally favors their actions...Carter was no great respecter of the US Cavalries position either Gen. Crooks' or Miles'.
Forrest Carter certainly had his prejudices and problems but these in no way should detract from what is otherwise a great read.

The hardships of surviving on the music industry can be easily compare with the jungle, where nothings is what it seems and danger lurks around every corner. This book is a guide that explains all the dangerous species and all the hazardous area, but also revealing the safe zones and undisputable truths about a world dominated by the strong ones. A good book with great references that has and will be appreciated by many.

The ultimate must have book for those in the music business

From beginning to end, this extremely informative book is filled with music industry tips, anecdotes, and reality checks from one of the most respected entertainment lawyers in the country. As an entertainment lawyer myself, I have benefited greatly from Mr. Thall's straight talk on the way the industry actually works. I have recommended this book to all of my music clients and their managers, all of whom have reported that they have found the book easy to read, eye opening, and well worth their time.

If you are currently in or thinking about getting into the music industry, make the modest investment and purchase this book---to get this much advice, guidance, and perspective from a qualified attorney, particularly one with Mr. Thall's impressive resume, you will easily spend hundreds or thousands more than the cost of this excellent book.

DO add it to your collection...

Peter Thall's book at first struck me as a good book to have in the collection.

When I started reading it I thought, OH NO, its gonna put me to sleep. Perhaps at times, but mostly I found myself realizing I had not asked myself certain essential questions...which woke me right up!

It IS thick with legal issues. But, we are at this moment budgeting a tour and also negotiating with a manager...and the book made me think of things I would not have thought of. It looks like the book may have saved us from running the tour in the red (at a loss)! We will see how it all works out soon.

Gives a good view of how the money moves in the music business. It gives you ideas you can try to use in negotiations for a better arrangement. Lots of things to avoid and to think about that often get overlooked. What to think about before you sign that contract.

We are negotiating a deal and I pulled out this book and looked through the chapter corresponding to our deal. I got a whole page of questions and things to discuss BEFORE we finalized.

That IS one of Thall's goals with this book. If you forget to discuss it before you sign, then it is too late to talk about it later.

I have read "All You Need to Know About the Music Business" by Donald Passman and I recommend this as a Compliment to that excellent tome on the biz. If you are looking at them both trying to decide...you will have to decide what the application is. If you are an Indie artist/Manager at the early stages of your career then I would say, though "All You Need" is a more comprehensive overview, this may be more easy to take in and applicable to the issues you will be facing right now.

I do recommend them both as Passman discusses many issues not covered here.

Mr. Thall has done us a service. He has forewarned us of many of the pitfalls.

Already, it has helped immensely.

Not a replacement for good legal representation...but it may just save your behind!

This book is truly a "Do-It-Yourself Pain Relief." I found myself using the book as one would use a dictionary to look up a word but instead I am looking up the right recipe for the terrible pain. The illustrations are very easy to follow as well as the short narrative describing each activity. The book format is user friendly. I highly recommend this book for anyone intersted in learning good stretching techniques.

Book is Great for Running Injuries - Now there is a DVD too

I am a 100 percent, true believer in the program set forth in this book. I was training for my first marathon with the Team in Training program set up by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society when I was introduced to the book. I had injured my IT bands (on both legs), and was having great pain in my hamstring as it attached to the outside portion behind my knee with just 2 months until race time. These injuries had virtually shut down my training. I was relegated to cardio workouts on my stationary exercise bike.

Being cautious about these injuries that wouldn't go away, I saw an orthopedic doctor one month before the marathon. I was diagnosed with bad IT band inflammation and told myleg muscles were really tight - thus causing some of the additional pain. I was released to go back to running, but told I needed to start stretching my hamstrings and quads. By this time, the pain had subsided a little bit, but not much. When I tried my first run, the pain immediately returned, by this point I started thinking about opting out of the marathon.

Luckily, my doctor had given me the number of Kim Ortloff, one of the authors of this book, to help me stretch. At this point I had already been stretching the traditional way (you know by holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds) with no reduction in pain. I was getting little to no benefit from my efforts so I decided to set up an appointment with Kim.

I was able to professionally work with Kim (3 times before my Marthon) and use the exercises and stretches in this book at home. I was completely surprised, that in a couple of days of following this program I was actually able to start exercising again (walking and jogging 2-3 miles) with greatly reduced pain. During my second session with Kim, and just as a stroke of good luck, she told me that they had just released a DVD version of this book showing the different stretching, exercises and self massage techiniques of the book. I bought the DVD right away.

My injuries had almost completely resolved themselves within 3 weeks of starting this program. I met with Kim one last time, 3 days before the Marathon. By this time my injuries were completely resolved. I was amazed that in three and a half weeks of starting this program I was back to 100 percent.

Less than one month after starting these stretching and exercise routines, I finished the Marathon. I did it my using a technique of walking and running at set intervals, because I felt I had not trained sufficiently and didn't want to reinjure myself.

Additionally, using the techiniques in this book made my post-marthon recover a piece of cake. I was completely recovered from all sore muscles within 3 days. My IT bands are fine, my hamstrings don't hurt at all, and I was walking better than most marathon runners at the post-marathon celebration.

I could not have even thought about competing in the marathon, let alone finishing the marathon had I not followed the techniques that are being taught in this book. I am so excited at the immediate and lasting results that I got from this program, that when anyone asks about my marathon, I make sure to plug this book (and DVD). I even gave 2 copies of the book to my Team in Training run coaches, in hopes that they would employ the principles used in their coaching.

My wife has even used the principals for non-sports related injuries she had in her feet.

As I started off saying, I am a true believer in this program.

Very helpful!

"Pain is the No. 1 reasons for doctor visits. If you live with pain, you are not alone--it is estimated that 100 million Americans live with chronic pain."

These various pains, the authors say, leads to $60 billion in lost productivity and missed workdays.

This is a book that will be handy reference for me as it contains stretches, self-massage and exercise, as well as hundreds of pages of sound advice.

The two expert authors have written an excellent guide to help you and me achieve a life that is active, healthy and free of pain and learn to regain control over our health.

When we are in pain, we are not ourselves, and usually are crabby, can't see or think clearly and get stressed out. Our productivity and personal relationships are affected.

Did you know? The human head weighs 7 to 12 pounds, depending on the individual. No wonder neck and shoulder muscles get tired and weak.

Computers, couches and reclining chairs contribute to poor posture and pain. Sitting--which most of us do a lot at work, and then again at home watching TV or on the computer--places eight times more pressure on the lower back than standing does.

Of the two basic types of pain, acute is when you have an immediate pain from injuring yourself. Chronic, such as arthritis, hangs around and sometimes never goes away.

Several of their chapters deal with specific areas of pain. Those particular chapters make sense if first you read, "Why the Body Hurts," and "How to Manage your Pain." Each section helps us become advocates for our own health and pain-free living.

The last chapter, "If Your Pain Doesn't Go Away" includes questions for when you should see a doctor; what to ask; how to work with your doctor; and how to prevent your doctor from putting you off.

Armchair Interviews says: Even if you get one tiny helpful hint toward your pain control, this book is worth it. Their simple-to-do exercises and strategies have proven to be effective in relieving aches and pains in others. Whose body is it anyway?

i bought this book for my aunt who is a single, middle-aged, jouyful southern woman. she is an exuberant believer in Jesus Christ who unfortunately doesn't know much of his world beyond the USA, and i thought this would be a good way for her to explore it while connecting (a word that is very near to her counselor's heart) with people.
i don't know how much she has read yet, but my sister and i devoured it in the few days that we had it. we came away from it feeling even more curious about life in different places and reminded of our privilege as women to live in a financially independent manner.
all in all, if you need an antidote to self, this book will help.

I read the Material World several years ago and I was excited to see that Peter and Faith had published a "sequel" of sorts for the book. Women in the Material World is fascinating, especially if you can review it side by side to the Material World. I thought the questions regarding love in their marriage and their expectations for their children were so interesting. I am very happy with my purchase of this book and I recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

A sequel to the authors' successful, "Material World: A Global Family Portrait," which interviewed 30 "statistically average" families from around the world and photographed them surrounded by all their worldly goods, "Women In The Material World," by Faith D'Aluisio and Peter Menzel, revisits 21 women from these families.

With interviews conducted by women over a period of days, even weeks, and 375 color photographs of women captured in their daily lives, this is an absorbing look into an overlooked world of marriage, women's work and families. From female circumcision to divorce, from finances to education, gender roles, work, and friends, women discuss every aspect of their lives - seemingly freely.

Two themes repeat through this largely agricultural world - women's work begins before dawn and ends long after dark and most women feel they have enough children - whatever that number may be.

This is a fascinating, captivating and beautiful volume, to be read, not just browsed.

Wow!

This book is a superlative sequel to the early Material World by Peter Menzel. I have read the earlier book so many times that when this new volume came out, I bought it immediately sight unseen. In this book, Faith D'Aluisio revisits 19 of the 30 families featured in the Material World to find out about the women's lives.

The articles are organized alphabetically, together with short features on marriage, laundry, work, education, childcare, hair, food, water, and friends. At the back of the book, we find statistical charts about women, and a useful statistics glossary. Each article has an extended interview with the mother of the family that reveals parts of her life story as well as her attitudes towards topics such as marriage, child care, education, money, and possessions. The articles are of course filled with numerous color photos, large and small, of the women at work and with other family members.

The Material World itself is a monumental book, but it was hard to go back to it after reading this book, where we find that the details presented in the Material World were so incredibly superficial. For example, family life for Maria dos Anjos Ferrerira in Brazil or Carmen Balderas de Castillo in Mexico isn't nearly as rosy as one might guess from looking at their original smiling photos in the Material World. On the other hand, Zhanna Kapralova from Russia continues to be a survivor. No matter how much you learn from the Material World, it will be far eclipsed by this book with its extended interviews and additional photographs.

Outstanding book everyone should read

A companion to Material World: Portrait of the Global Family, this book is an incredible expose of the lives of typical, average women all over the world. I, as an American woman with everything I could ever possibly dream of, especially appreciate seeing how things may have different for me had God just decided to make me the girl child of a Vietnamese working family vs. my background. It really makes you take stock of your life, appreciate it, and feel blessed no matter what your circumstances may be. America is truly a wealthy and favored nation. Even our poor, compared with most of the countries in the world, are rich! We should all feel compelled to give back, not matter how much (or how little) we have. I've been giving this book to my friends for gifts (thank you, Amazon!) A MUST READ!

The World Spirit is a truly beautiful deck and one taht gives the clerest readings. Here's Why:

The Art - really stands out from other decks. The block print style makes for beautiful deep black lines and jewel-like colors. The colors are bright and vibrant but without being hard on the eyes. With some bright decks when you lay out more than three cards everything seems to swim and it's hard to make anything out. This deck has a nice balance and I haven't had trouble in this arena.

The Diversity - This is the mother of all diverse decks. Some diverse decks have an African suit and a Japanese suit etc, or feature the occasional ethnic person. Here you have every flavor of person sprinkled evenly throughout the deck. Also, where some decks make the same outline for every person and just use different crayons to color them in this one really this one makes everyone look like members of their race. Also there are a number of cards that feature folks of different races playing, very rare.

The Courts: Courts are Seer, Seeker, Sibyl, Sage, follows the system where the court levels are different ways of experiencing the suit's element. The whole deck is element heavy and will work well for people who relate to the cards in this way. Will be nigh impossible for those who have a wands/air, swords/fire outlook.

Highly recommend

Of course, the choice of a deck is a very personal thing; every Tarot user needs to find a deck that speaks to and pleases or works for them. I cannot resist saying, take a look at this one. The World Spirit deck, and the excellent mini-book (not pamphlet) which comes with it, are extremely well thought-out. This deck is traditional Tarot but very innovative as well, and its innovations are well chosen; I particularly recommend the High Priestess, Magician, and Death cards, and this deck has given me new insight into cards I just never have liked. The deck has both male and female images, feels balanced without insisting on all traditional gender assignments for cards, and without suggesting gender stereotypes which might make one wince. The court cards (Seeker - Seer - Sage - Sybil) are the most useful system I have seen. The cultural references are VERY diverse, yet the deck has remarkable coherency probably due to remarkable research. I love the art; not too pretty, beautiful, with the symbols-rich but uncluttered feel which keeps these cards fresh even after intense study. There is a fair amount of nudity among the images of very diverse ethnic and body types, and if that disturbs or distracts you, this might not be the deck for you. However, this is NOT an erotic deck, or an art deck; if you just want to look at pictures, you are missing something powerful here. This is the deck I recommend to advanced users; beginners; christians; pagans; men and women.

The manual is very user-friendly. It takes a while to really sift through all the ideas, but the first two parts are designed so that you don't have to re-read the important ideas several times. The main themes are recapitulated in different wordings and contexts to make you understand. The treatment section is extremely clear, with both step-by-step guidance and explanations for the activities. Though the design is quite explicit, the authors urge you to design the treatment specifically for each patient, and even give suggestions of how to do so.

This is a fantastic tool, giving the therapist useful theory as well as specific outlines for sessions. Great for the beginner ACT therapist. The CD contains lots of useful worksheets for clients, and step-by-step outlines for therapists including lots of wonderful metaphors and stories.

This book is an important contribution to therapists who want to increase effectiveness in their work with suffering beings while also learning to incorporate Eastern psychological teachings in their practice. I found it easy to read, practical, enjoyable.

Having been trained in the 70's as a behavior therapist, I moved away from BT in the 80's as I became disillusioned with the mechanistic quality of the approach. Eifert and Forsyth's book beautifully brings the best of behavior therapy together with a more humanistic and interpersonal focus to provide in ACT a truly new paradigm. The so-called "third wave" of behavior therapy incorporates much of the best of other schools while remaining grounded in solid science.
I have found ACT to be a potent weapon in dealing with the anxiety disorders that our clients bring to us. I highly recommend this book for any practitioner of any orientation to wants to broaden their perspective and become more effective in treating these most debilitating disorders.

Challenging new approach, worth reading

Startling new way to treat anxiety disorders from a humanistic view aimed at creating a meaningful life despite high anxiety. The book is written very clearly and contains techniques such as metaphors and stories that are excellent and can be used with more traditional therapy.

To use ACT alone in therapy to treat anxiety disorders by just reading the clear instructions of the book and using the CD that comes with it may be dangerous. It is a counter intuitive approach that must be consistantly maintained; the therapist must be 100% present at all times. It is not just a technique that can be applied; the therapist must model this approach in real life or he/she could cause more harm than good. I would love to attend in person some training in this approach and have some live supervision (as is required for EMDR therapy). Definitly worth reading and staying in touch with any new research in this approach.

A book based on attacking beliefs

This book might be summed up rather simply rather than reading the numerous pages: truth is the search for yourself, and you won't find yourself while looking outside in the world. This is as simple as it can be put. Rose analyzes numerous paths for the reader to demonstrate how they all fail to meet some rather common sense criteria. His criteria are primarily: "elimination of concepts", self observation, self remembering, respectful doubt, development of intuition, and knowing the Real Observer. For those who don't have any particular beliefs, he doesn't go very far to tell you exactly what you should do. But if you take his logical analysis and common sense criteria to the point of negating everything, you may discover that everything in the world crumbles away like an illusion. And when the world crumbles away, you may discover something rather important. In particular, you may discover the pointlessness of the current existence you are in, find shattering depression, and then some illumination. Or, you may just jump to the marvel of existence. They are both sides of the same coin, after all. Buy it and read it, or begin looking carefully to see who you are.

If you are one of the one out of a million
who is seeking God (not the bearded lightning
thrower---but the SOURCE and the TRUTH) then this is a good
book for you, especially if you want to beat
the odds and become the one out of a billion
that FINDS God. This book is not for the blissed
out seeker looking to buy water by the river and
does a good job of exposing all those that would
sell water by the river at high prices! Mister
Rose explains all the other problems posed by
existence in a herd-like society and details those
practices that didn't work for him and those that DID
work for him, as he became one of the one out of a billion
that became the TRUTH. He's not a guru, he's not from
Bombay or Tokyo, Mister Rose just tells IT like IT is, whether
YOU like it or not.

The book describes the work and experience of David Gold, the author, when he was working with Mr. Richard Rose in West Virginia at Mr.Rose's Ashram.
Another great book by Mr. Rose is the Direct Mind Experience.

Richard Rose is an awakened teacher who has spent his life tirelessly pointing the way for others to awaken--and it has worked. Rose's plain-spoken, common sense approach to self-discovery laid the groundwork for several of his students--so far--to "make the whole trip," as Rose puts it. Rose, by his own admission is not a polished writer or speaker--"I'm a discoverer, not an orator," he has said on occasion--but "The Albigen Papers" is an excellent introduction to his teachings, and for the insightful student, it will provide a wealth of new and original ideas on the "ways and means" of Awakening.

The first time that I read The Albigen Papers was like a breath of fresh air. Here is an actual system that can be used to lead one out of the darkness, and into a more aware existance. There are very few books that are available that have the truth of human existance so deeply etched into the words that one is reading. Wonderful

This book is an invaluable reference and great educational tool for collectors of ancient coins. It explains many aspects of the field in an academic but witty style. Very readable text, also contains lots of reference material indexed for additional study of specific areas of research. A "must have" for those new to this area of collecting.

Agree with other reviews, good 1st book on ancient coins

This is a good introductory book to ancient coin collecting. Getting one's feet wet in this are of numismatics, is a touchy thing in this day of on line auctions...where forgeries are easily sold as authentic. Book covers most everything a numismatist new to this field could want, online help, types, forgeries, authentication, caveats, etc. Good read for the newbie in ancients.

This should be your first ancient coin book

This is something of a potpourri of ancient coin information. It doesn't make a good reference work, per se; there are other books, etc. to purchase when you settle on your collecting theme. It is a great background resource, though, and helped me to clarify my own collecting themes.

The key to a totally different world of coin collecting

As a collector over 30 years on Chinese and modern world coins, it's an adventoure for me to probe a totally different field of coin collecting - the western world ancient coins. What I need most is something to show me the way, to give me an outline, to guide me to the right direction, as well as to keep me interested at the unfamiliar new world.

This book serves my needs exactly as it starts with very basic but substantial introduction to the ancient western cultures which are not familiarized by an oriental like me. Then there are good references provided, among them I appreciated most the last part of Chapter II, "Ancient Coins and the Internet", and also Chapter VI, "Numismatic Literature". Those information show a beginner to a broader view and an easier access in continuing his collection interest.

I would say the most fancinating part of this book is surely Chapter VII, "Identifying Ancient Coins". It's systematically arranged thus I can get a clear picture of different categories of ancient coins, together with fundamental history background of the coin issuers. That is, indeed, far more interesting than just reading a coin catalogue.

For anyone who intends to start ancient coin collecting, this is the book to start with.

Fantastic! Best first book to get!

This is a great single volume reference on Ancient Coin Collecting. I don't want to repeat what others have written, but I found it to be thorough, well-researched, engaging and well-organized. It will spark your imagination and add to your knowledge base without overwhelming you.
