This is a beautifully made full color book that is very easy to read. It has exercises to help you with the different concepts such as seeing & feeling your aura, cleansing your aura, getting rid of negative energy, etc. There are lots of photographs throughout the book. The author is very clear and concise explaining in detail the information.

I bought this book as a gift for a friend and ended up buying a copy for myself. It's well worth the money and will be a great edition to your personal library!

I just finished "Yoga of Nature". I've regularly done a few basic yoga poses mainly to keep my back and spine limber. After reading this book I see a much higher purpose to yoga. Thia Luby does an excellant job of making the arcane emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga seem practical and realistic.Her style, descriptions and illustrations are very accessible. This is a very good book by an author with great knowledge of her subject.

I really enjoyed this book. I had the opportunity to use it during my Reiki I class and will use it again for my Reiki II class. After class I couldn't wait to go through it all again and I've used it several times since. It is easy to use and great as a reference guide. I am a massage therapist and I know all of my clients will benefit from this book as well.
