In my profssional flying career, I have met many pilots who seem to have gaps of knowledge or skills in their piloting vocations or avocations. I read it from front to back in only a couple of hours and have already referred to it several times. I feel excited and confident now that I have read this book. Buy it and enjoy!!!

This book reads like a conversation with the author, Jack Rightmyer. While reading A Funny Thing About Teaching, I noticed that the truisms about using humor with students work in actuality. I am a middle school teacher, so I know that the safe, fun environment the author writes about defuses behavior problems and enhances learning. The experts who are quoted back up the tenants of this book, that learning can be fun!!! I only wish I had read this book when I started teaching.

I purchased this book, Green Mountain Troopers at a recent Conference. I have read it from cover to cover. The book was well researched and is excellent. It not only gives you the historical background, but it offers a young Criminal Justice Student writing about State Police organization will have a great reference book in the event he is interested in becoming a member of the Vermont State Police. Outstanding contribution by the Author to the Law Enforcement Community and the Reading Public. I enjoyed the read and recommend it highly.

This text provides understandable and detailed information through out every chapter that is practical and informative. As a HR major, this is one book I will not be selling back at the end of the term, but keeping on my shelf for my future career.

I am coaching my son's U10 soccer team and found this book to be very useful. It offers numerous training exercises to address almost every phase of the game. These include simple to understand diagrams as well as coaching points to discuss with the players. It also offers an appendix on which drills to work on with your team to solve problems.

Out of the two dozen books I took out of the library, this was the one I bought and carry with me.
