This is a rich volume providing over 8,500 entries pertaining to all areas of human resource management. It includes information on over 350 associations, federal laws and court decisions, and abbreviations and acronyms. The definitions are usually detailed, giving the book the quality of an encyclopia. This is an excellent resource. It includes full contact information for associations and other organizations. Names of laws are explained. It is an interesting book just to thumb through. Highly recommended.

I've been using games to enhance the learning experience for 10 years. Everything from 2 students in a quiet classroom to a company-wide competition in front of hundreds cheering on their favorite teams. This book includes all the tips to ensure your games are effective in aiding the learning process. If I would have had this book 10 years ago, I certainly would have avoided a few of those pot holes I've stepped in as I've learned how to incorporate games into the learning culture of our business. Excellent book. I read it in one day (unusual for me!) I used this book to help write a huge paper/do a powerpoint presentation in my philosophy of education class. Jesus was the ultimate teacher; many of the things brain research tells educators to do today, he was doing way back then.
