This is not a Nurse Practitioner Review Book. The book is a RN certification review book. The book was unbelievable, there were questions on sterilizing hypodermic needles and checking them for burrs. No disposables? My favorate question reads: A needle that was used to draw blood should be rinsed immediately after use in: A) disinfectant B) hot water C) cold water D) hot soapy water. I called the company to report many errors. They do not know the difference between an ARNP and RN-C nor do they care. They said they write 100's of different kinds of review courses and are not concerned with the technical issues. There are no nurses on staff- Need I say more.

I purchased this product because it was advertised as a comprehensive audio course to become a "certified homeopathy practitioner". It was not as it was advertised: It was not comprehensive. It contains 4 CDs: one has MS word documents and PDF files; the other three are audio. The documents, both the Word and the PDF formats had serious typos; in some cases it was nearly impossible to determine what was supposed to be said. Even the names of some of the homeopathic remedies were spelled wrong.
The audio CDs were short (about 30 minutes each); nearly 1 1/2 CDs discussed the remedies that were on the Word or PDF files. There was a lot of overlap.
What came with the CD set was a small slip of paper saying that to be certified as a "homeopathy practitioner," all you needed to do was send $25 with a 3-page essay about your goals of your future occupation, why you want to practice it, and your approach to ethical consideration. The certification was to come from Ronald Reagan University (at the same address as the publisher and author).
I am a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in Classical Homeopathy--I know what homeopathy is all about. My recommendation is that you save your money and look elsewhere for something more professional that will teach you what you need to learn to be a true certified homeopathic health professional. There are other audio courses from long-standing homeopathic universities. If you are a beginner and want to begin your understanding of homeopathy, consider a book by Ullman, Kent or Hahnemann; these authors are able to impart information in an understandable way without major typos and mispelled remedies.
Best wishes...

The book is not presenting the right picture of the Indian and pakisthani cusines.

A book can do justice to the Indian food only if it carries recipes according to the different regions of India...As India is so vast with different cultures and cuisines only a book with different regional Indian food could appeal.

This book just collectes a lot of IT business words together. It's sub title, Business strategies for e-commerce, is not even touched. Just read the general technical chapter on one of your ISP's pages and you will find the same information. If you need a clarification of an abreviation, just go to the Microsoft WEB site or use a search engine.

The questions do not correlate with review books put out by several well-known course reviewers. Too much info on each card - and no references. Flash cards should be quick to answer and read - one fact - not 10 in very small type.
Content of cards does not include disease management based on national guidelines and organized by system. Mostly Patho, Pharm, Immunology, and Pediatrics. Too much to pay for this product. I will not use them to study for the exam.

Lets just make every child little zombiees to make society happy. I am terrified of watching this young generation grow up from the lasting affects of drugs upon their minds. All it is is politics and profit from pharmacuetical companies. Please parents I beg of you to research psychology and psychiatry before you entrust them to your childrens well being

Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist

I purchased this book realizing that with a copyright date of 1995 some of the information it contained would be outdated. I was right, in fact, it was much more outdated than I had anticipated and did not reflect the information needed for the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification exam. As a collector of nursing texts I am keeping this book simply for the historical perspective. I do not recommend it as a preparation tool for the certification exam.
