It is obvious that the editors have great skills and compassion. They will do us a great favor if they continue to make additions to the literature!

This book is a great one for any nurse practitioner or student. The authors are well-versed in the issues that have faced NP's, and those issues that continue to drive the changes in the roles of Nurse practitioners in the U.S. I highly recommend this one as a reference for those who seek to show the worth of the NP to others with a reference, and to examine where and how the NP movement began and where it's going.

This book is a great practical guide to veterinary ophtalmology. Everything you need to know is in it, without digressing on impractical, boring and useless information. The pictures are relevant and of good quality. The subjects are well structured and in a logical order what makes it easy to look things up. It emphasizes on small animals, but there is information about large animals as well. A book that every practicioner should have!

I'm a M.Ed. of Special Education. My major was Visual Impairment plus O&M. I like recommend this book, as it is a "must have" book, if you are a teacher, parent, or any person who is concerning visual impairment.

This book is just like a religious scripture in the field of O&M. It was the first one which gathers all the required techniques and information within one book. It has great pattern to introduce each technique. "Procedure, Rational, Observations" are three topics which guide you to understand each technique in hierarchical way.

I've translated this book into Chinese and introduced it to Taiwan. Buy and read this book. You won't disappoint.

This is well organized, practical book. I am using it to help train new hospice nurses in Mazatlan, Mexico. The case studies illustrate practical ways for meaningful discussions on symptom management. Great book!

This book is an excellent resource as a study guide with focus areas as well as questions that arte diagnosis specific. It also is a great tool to have on the clinical site as a resource.

Pharmacology for Respiratory Care Practitioners is up to date, educational, and easy to read. It really is a "Complete Pharmacology" for practical application, education, and referance.

This was a purchase for my NP program pharm class. However, it is turning out to be one of the most current and helpful books I have purchased. It goes into detail about trending medications and breaks down the underlying problems and drug mechanisms clearly.
Might seem expensive but it is compatible to three prior books I have purchased all wrapped up into one!
