This allegory on the Song of Solomon will change your life as you discover what God sees when He looks at you and how He really feels about you. Up close. Personal. Intimate. If you don't read any other book by this author, read this one. It's the basic. It should come with a warning: have a box of tissues handy.

I would question the description that says this book is great for those over 12, because my 10 year old has been reading this book and it has powerfully impacted her! Who wouldn't benefit from seeing that God loves us in all of our imperfections, and weakness - that His love is greater than our frailties? I loved the way the author took truth and wove it into a story. Stories open up our heart, which is why Jesus was always talking in stories, or parables. I heard all of my life that God loves me, but I needed to "see" it portrayed in a story. I have read Song of Solomon over and over, but never could quite "get it". This book unpacks the message of Song of Solomon (that God is a lover, and we are the primary focus of His love) by telling the story in modern day language.

I would also highly recommend Rhonda's teaching CD's available on her website: Harvest Home dot org.

The Bride is one of the most life-changing books I've ever read.

I spent a week alone on the beach (as a mom and wife, no less!) doing nothing but savoring this powerful book. This book transformed my walk with God and completely changed the way I view The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. It is impossible for us to fully grasp the love that our God has for us ... especially in a personal, intimate way. But this book spoke to me so powerfully, that I can honestly say that I will never be the same. I am compelled to give it to everyone in my family including the men. This book is for all people who believe there is more to God than we have been led to believe. And it is a tremendous encouragement for anyone who has ever been worn out from trying to earn their Father's love. I truly believe it is impossible to read this book without experiencing a "kiss" from the Father ... the Bridegroom King.

This book changed my life.

This book, an alagory of a really healthy Christian walk, touched me very deeply. This book helped me to overcome some false concepts I had of God's love, helped me to see the Father's love. Some will be blessed to see the love of the Son, some to see the love of the Holy Spirit, and some to see the love of the Father.

I absolutely loved this book! It has helped me to gain a better understanding of the Bridegroom God and my identity as a lover of Him. In this allegory of the Song of Solomon, we see the Shepherd Girl (representing us, the church) grow in maturity; she is an example of how God's love develops us and how His passion for us fuels our pursuit of Him. The book moved me to tears several times, as the depth of God's love and care became real and almost tangible to me. Rhonda expertly portrays Comforter (the Holy Spirit) as ever near, ever encouraging and lovingly pointing us to the Father and the Son.
This is a powerful, encouraging book. Rhonda puts language to the way God feels about us and it has radically changed the way I see the Lord and myself. My walk with God has definitely become more intimate because of the understanding this book has brought. "The Bride" contains over 600 footnoted Scripture references and there is also a wonderful study guide, "The Bride Study Manual" available for this book.

As I read Gwen's story, the word that kept coming to mind was "real." Her willingness to get real about dealing with the guilt of her past is an invitation to all of us to do the same. Gwen's conversational style and effective use of illustrations from her own life as well as the lives of other women makes this an enjoyable, easy read. The way she has used scripture throughout the narrative does more than support what she's saying... it truly makes those verses vibrate with deeper meaning.

Reading this book is like sitting down with a friend and a good cup of coffee and talking about the things that really matter in your lives. As the time passes and your coffee cup drains, your discussion includes the everyday things of life like laundry and lipstick as well as the more heavy-duty areas like marriage and children and seeing yourself as God sees you. What a wonderful way to spend a little time! Grab a copy, and a cup of coffee, and treat yourself to Broken Into Beautiful.

As a woman whom God has transformed from broken into beautiful, I would recommend this book to all my sisters who have spent time in the pit of despair, depression, and self-loathing. This book will make you laugh one minute and cry the next. I felt as if I were having a personal conversation with several friends as I read the remarkable accounts of how each found healing and restoration through the power of Jesus' free gift of love and forgiveness. Through Him, the shattered pieces can be put back together. A must read for all who are hurting, for all who need healing from a wounded heart, for all who need forgiveness and a fresh start...that covers about every woman out there!

Ever experienced feeling worthless, unlovable, used, forgotten, ugly...?

Then you've got to read this! It is written in such a way that I felt as if it were just me and a friend having coffee and chatting. I'd be rolling along fine with some chuckles here and there and then all of a sudden she would ask one of those heart searching, thought provoking questions that would bring back painful memories or reveal something I thought had been buried deep enough to not be seen or heard from again. Something that God saw me holding onto that was hindering my journey to beautiful.I was gently reminded that God is lovingly and patiently waiting on me to hand over my broken pieces so that He can transform them into a beautiful masterpiece. The scriptures and stories throughout reaffirm God's grace, mercy and faithfulness which sustained real women through some very real, very hard and personal things. From giggles to Kleenex and cover to cover I was encouraged, renewed, convicted, challenged and strengthened.

I believe God can use this book to transform women's lives and heal hearts!! Read this and you'll be reminded, as I was, that you are valued, priceless and adored! Be encouraged, be restored and then get a copy for someone you know who's broken!

Wonderful devotional about what God can do

Broken into Beautiful by Gwen Smith is a courageous devotional about what God can do with our broken pieces. Smith, a Christian singer and speaker, exposes her deepest secret so that the reader can come to understand the depth of God's love. When Smith was in college, she had an abortion. She knew it was wrong and deplored her own decision, but couldn't figure out any other option to get her life back. The pain and shame haunted her for years, even after she started speaking at Christian conferences, she still kept it secret until God spoke to her heart and told her of the healing he would provide her and that she could provide others if she opened up. I don't have an abortion in my past, but I have plenty of my own broken pieces, and Smith helped me to see how God can use them to create a beautiful new work in me. Smith is humble and honest, and her book is a balm to the soul.

Dr. D. Kim Singleton, noted psychologist, has braved a wilderness whose path is rarely travelled. Broken Silence helps black women give voice to their pain and rejection in a society that has been less than encouraging to them.

The compassionate and graceful manner in which Dr. Singleton approaches, addresses and eventually aids her patients will help many women reading this book readily embrace therapy as a viable option in the fight against negative experiences from the past. It is a must-read for anyone crushed by the double whammy of racism and sexism in our society.

Because Dr. Singleton is an African American woman, I must admit that I was ready to trust her as soon as I opened the book. After reading Broken Silence, I can truly say that I experienced a certain level of healing, personally. The book helped me understand how a professional can help me identify a problem; determine goals that will change the problem; put into practice measures that will bring about my goals and maintain the right attitude and therapist to insure continued success on my life's journey.

I would recommend Broken Silence to everyone, but especially to African American women. By mastering a tool that has been traditionally mistrusted in our community, Dr. Singleton has used psychotherapy to pierce the silence of the eight black women in her book, and in so doing has offered hope and wholeness to all women everywhere.

Dr. Singleton prefaces the novel, Broken Silence, by quoting an axiom from a t-shirt she once saw: "Being a Black Woman Is One of the Hardest Jobs in the World." She comments that this maxim has proven itself true as evidenced in the lives of her clients. Too often women of color hide behind walls of silence (with disastrous consequences), only turning to therapy when the burdens become too heavy to bear. I loved the way the author substantiated this point by citing the historical "silent suffering" experienced by African American slaves as fodder for pain; how religion is repeatedly viewed as the only means of relief; and how the "silent suffering" is still deeply rooted in the modern African American psyche.

The middle portion of the book contains eight success stories of black women who have benefited from therapy. Each woman has different types of issues ranging from emotional and sexual abuse, relationship issues, and self-respect/identity problems. Dr. Singleton introduces each story with care and compassion. Her objectivity, presentation of the issues, and counsel to her patients are helpful, sound, and sensible. She has simplified highly complex problems which allow the reader to easily empathize and learn from the lessons of others. My only comment here is she might have over-simplified a bit too much, but her advice and strategies to minimize stress and encourage her clients are wonderful.

I think this book is an excellent resource for women, especially black women, who need to know that they are not alone in their experiences with abuse, failed relationships, and/or career disappointments. It also provides clear explanations and warning signs along with practical suggestions and exercises for healthier living. It demonstrates that personal change is possible and helps women realize that if they choose to overcome the cultural stigma of therapy, they will find the support, comfort, relief, and balance needed to let the healing begin.

Not Another "How -To" Book

Dr. Singleton's book is right on time for the African American woman of today, because as quiet as it's kept, we are hurting and need to be healed. As a 17 year old African American female I opened the book and from reading the first page I knew that it was not another one of those "How-To" books. We all know about the sudden trend in writing motivational books where the author has an eyecatching title like "How To Heal Your Broken Soul With Five Easy and Totally Doable Steps!", written by some person who couldn't be further away from their target readers.

Dr. Singleton's book is far from anything like that. This book is real and with every chapter dedicated to another hurt and troubled Black woman, the reader can relate to one,if not two or three of the women. This book is not just for middle-aged Black woman. It is for any woman of any age."Broklen Silence" is simply put and can be read in no time, and even if you find that every chapter is not aplicable to you, each reader should find Singleton's ending 10 Priciples of Affirmation.

Thank you for writing this book Dr. Singleton. There is someone of my generation out here reading it.

Broken Silence is an exceptional book that I found to be very captivating. I am an African-American male and I believe that every "brother" should read this book, and gain an understnading of the women in their lives as well as themselves. We all have loved ones, friends or co-workers who at some time in their life will go through a period of emotional or psychic distress and will need guidance to successfully cope with the situation. All too often the women in our lives suffer in silence, hence the title of the book.

In the preface, Dr. Singleton stated that she had to undergo therapy herself as part of her training and found it to be an unpleasant experience. This helps to explain part of the reason for so much resistance in our community towards therapy, especially if the therapist comes from another cultural background. Dr. Singleton manages to combine therapy with good old-fashioned wisdom and thereby gain the trust of those who have come to her for help.

Eight women are profiled in the book, a representative sample of the thousands of people Dr. Singleton has assisted over the years. Dr. Singleton shows in each different situation, how to turn a negative experience into one of empowerment and triumph. Pychological counseling is not an easy process and it takes a lot of time and hard work, just like in any good relationship. As I read this book, it brought to mind a movie I saw last year, the Antwone Fisher Story. I saw men who were moved to tears by that film and this book could have the same impact.

This culture and society has never been a facilitating environment for good relationships between African-American women and men. Today our young people are constantly bombarded with misogamist (hatred of marriage) and misogyny (hatred of women) messages through videos, music and television. The society has never embraced us as equals in the workplace either as we witness the attack upon affirmative action. It is very hard to be sane in an insane world. Dr. Singleton shows in her book, Broken Silence, that no matter how dire your personal, family, or work situation, through therapy and love, you can become a strong and vibrant woman. The process works for the "brothers" too. We all need help from time to time and should not be ashamed to seek it. This book should be placed upon everyone's "must read" list.

A great beginning!!

This has been a good book. The best part is a chapter on Broken vs Prideful. It goes through 35 areas in 7 different topics comparing a broken heart and a prideful heart. It took me 2 hours and 5 journal pages just to get through that one chapter.

This short book can be read in two hours but its potential benefit to your spiritual condition could last a lifetime. "Brokenness" is the first book of a trilogy (the others are Surrender, and Holiness), but it can stand by itself. In an approach that is non-condemnatory but convicting, Ms. DeMoss has written a wonderful resource that could aid us in challenging a stale faith and encouraging us toward a "brokenness (which) is the pathway to blessing." (p.105). Chapter Four contains a list of characteristics that unveils the traits of proud people in comparison to those of broken people. (I found myself saying "ouch" more than once.) But she rightly observes that the Bible continually points out God's resistance to the proud and His willingness to draw close to the humble. If you want to read a quickly flowing book that will encourage you towards the true joy that results in being honest with God and with others, then I highly recommend this resource as a positive aid toward that end. I found it encouraging, convicting, and personally desirous to be open to whatever God thinks is appropriate for my spiritual condition.

This book is Amazing! A friend recently gave me a copy. This book gives a very clear explaination of what brokenness is, and what it is not. The author also does a compare and contrast between pride and brokenness. This book is very convicting. If you let Him, God can give you a good look into your heart. This happened with me and the results were painful and definitely not pretty. But it was necessary. The author also uses real life examples. Both from her own life and others. Nancy is very honest about her own struggles with brokenness and pride. As you read, you get the feeling that she wrote this book as much for herself, as for others. This book showed me areas of pride that I never realized existed. If you want to remain complacent, don't read this book. This is one of the best books on grace and brokenness that I have ever read. Thank you Nancy!

All I can say is that God moves in a very special way in this book, unlike any other human-authored book I have ever read in my nearly thirty years as a Christian (I'm 37 now). I could write pages of what God did in my life through this book, but the work God does through this is His miracle, and perhaps I should just say that you would be enriched, changed and renewed by taking the time to read it (or as some may say, have it read you~ it's that sort of book). As it was for me, it may just be the "key" you're looking for in your quest to follow Christ, and help you work past issues of the heart you've struggled with for many years. Just know, you will never be the same...

Ivan Cat's book is a great adventure story which brings a starship's captain onto a planet where the human colonists and alien inhabitants are hopelessly divided without and within.
The author's strength is his ability to tell a story with cinematic clarity, a story bringing together the elements of prophecy, legend, and strife that result in the undertaking of a quest with all participants seeking a common goal despite differing motives. Mr. Cat's ideas are well thought out. His description of "fugue time," for example, a state of being in which subjective time is slowed down to a fraction of real time, is brilliant and entertaining. Mr. Cat's ability to get into the alien mind of the Kafra is utterly convincing, and as well, he exposes with surprising subtlety the infighting between the different factions of the human colonists.
As in all the best sci-fi novels, Mr. Cat deals with complex issues directly related to those in the real world: morality, exploitation of resources, conservation, prejudice.
But the author never gets preachy. The action keeps the plot moving, so much so that for the whole time I was reading this novel, I found myself compulsively reading snatches of it whenever I had a free moment.
This novel is stronger than Mr. Cat's first and is more thought-provoking, but Cat's strength is that he never loses sight of the fact he is telling a story. This book will appeal to anyone who wants a good action-adventure romp but also to those who want a book that engages the intellect. Well worth the money.

Ivan Cat's "The Burning Heart of Night" is a creative mind's play area. The concepts he puts forth are simultaneously very cool and rich with mindbending consequences as the story progresses. This book has the most unique solution to the problem of relativitic travel ever imagined. It has a Living Starship (a seedship) and a Valiant Pilot (Lindal Karr), existing in a unique symbiotic relationship. It has aliens that you'll love and aliens that may disgust you. It has a young (of age, sorta) lady (Jenette Tesla) that you'll dream of and fall in love with. It has a plague that threatens to wipeout the human colony that's barely scrapping out a living on New Ascension. It has joys and sorrows, and moral dilemnas that keep all the 'relationships' vibrant and you reading. It has prose that's second to none. This book is a visionaries own Cinema in words. Though, the story may drag at about the two-thirds point, HOLD ON, getting to the end is mandatory. You'll be shocked and surprised and delighted. The story is a technologically based adventure SF comparable to Niven's Ringworld.

Ivan Cat's new novel "The Burning Heart of Night" is a masterful exercise in world-building, combining a delightful story, interesting characters, and an exciting plot that kept me page-turning late into the night. While I agree with some other reviewers who pointed out that the conclusion is maybe a little too pat and idealized, this did not detract from the overall fun I had with the book.

This is one of those science fiction works that keeps you thinking about it after the last page is read. What would happen if human "seeding" of colonies, at sub light speeds, became a high priority? Would the pace of human innovation be drastically slowed when it takes decades or centuries to transfer information between colonies? And what would happen if some humans (pilots) spent most of their lives in "fugue" time, spanning thousands of "real" years? What would they be like, and what would happen if they suddenly found themselves having to interact with "normal" people?

And what would happen on a planet like "New Ascension" where unforeseen planet biology forces tough choices on the colonists? How would human society evolve? And how would the colony leaders react? Only towards the end of the novel do we begin to understand why the New Ascension colonists behave the way they do.

I found myself pondering all these questions and more after finishing the book. However, I do not want to leave the impression that this novel is simply an intellectual exercise. There is action and excitement apace. The hero falls in and out of dire straights more often than Indiana Jones. There were a few times when I thought he was toast, and it was only by noting that several hundred pages were left in the book that I could foresee his escape ... and escape he does, in unexpected yet logical ways!

The novel is not flawless. I noted a few lapses of science and logic that slightly mar the overall ambience. Also the dialog is a little clunky in a few places, awkwardness that is not completely explained to me by the circumstances and setting. But these are minor cavils by an anal-retentive perfectionist (me) and detract little from the book. The fact that I read the entire 591 page story in three days (and I am not a particularly fast reader) will attest to that point.

In summary, I would unreservedly recommend this book to science fiction fans, and to anyone else who likes exciting, well plotted books with interesting stories that also provide food for thought.

Grand science fiction adventure!

Lindal who is immune to fugue sleep is helpless to stop Bob who perseveres in a normal state that enables him to live with an incredibly faster metabolism that also makes him seem invisible to Lindal. Bob forces the Long Reach to crash into the ocean of the remote planet of New Ascension.

The colonists on New Ascension struggle with a deadly local microbe. Lindal with fugue might be the miracle if the colonists let him live long enough to help, but who to trust among the planetary colonists, the victimized Khafra, or the mysterious angel Bob?

THE BURNING HEART OF NIGHT contains an interesting look at the cost of survival that humans will pay for a few extra years of life. Though Angel Bob is cloaked in mystique, the identity of the being is obvious early on. Lindal understands being different while Jenette represents the good in mankind with her willingness to do what she believes is the right thing. Albeit solutions to extremely complex interspecies issues are overly simplified, science fiction readers will relish this exciting futuristic other world tale.

Another great romance novel by Kristie!

The adventures of Marcie Treyhourne. This gal just has a way of finding excitement, erotic adventures with a splash of romance, along with a little trouble along the way. Kristie makes the characters come to life. If things got any hotter while I was reading the eBook, my laptop would have melted.

If you love romance with an erotic flair to it, you need to read Cabin Fever along with Desert Heat. Although it may be snowing outside at your house this winter, you'll be burning up after these novels.

Thanks Kristie for another exciting read!

Marcie Treyhorne, heroine of DESERT HEAT, has been through many moves during her long marriage to Steve, whose job requires that. Always before she's adjusted and coped. But this is the first time she's left a lover behind, and it's almost more than she can handle.

Steve knows all about Jim, Marcie's lover, because admitting him as a third party in their open marriage was Steve's idea. Marcie's sadness as she tries to settle in at their new home in the mountains, though, goes beyond anything Steve expected. How can he help her get over missing Jim?

Once again the Treyhornes' bedroom action fairly scorches the pages, but this time we readers are in for more than a tale of unconventional romance. As we pass through a turning point in Marcie's life with her, the questions she asks herself seem eerily familiar.

Enjoyable resolution to what really does turn out to be the second half of a two-part tale.

Kristie Leigh Maguire left you panting for breath in Steve and Marcie Treyhorne's first book, Desert Heat. Now, in Cabin Fever, their story sizzles in front of the fireplace in the mountains, as they find a new "resource" for their lovemaking! And the ending is a twist that will hit you like a runaway train! You won't want to miss this one!

We first met Marcie Treyhorne in "Desert Heat", a woman who knew what she wanted and had no qualms about going after it. Happy in her marriage with Steve she is surprised at the sudden attraction she feels for her new boss, Jim and soon the two of them have invited Jim to share their lives and their bed.

But now Steve's job takes them away from the desert and into the Nevada mountains, leaving Jim behind. Marcie is so depressed, wondering how she'll ever get over the separation for it was no secret to Steve that she'd fallen in love with Jim and fallen badly.

And then Steve starts eyeing their pretty new neighbour...

This is a very fast paced book with lots of tangled love lives, dealing with jealousy, love and sex. Steve and Marcie are proud of the fact that they have an "open marriage" but is it all it's cracked up to be? Are they just setting themselves up for heartache?

It is definitely an adult book, no closed bedroom doors here, but the love scenes are tastefully done and by the end of the book you wonder what Marcie and Steve's next amorous adventure is going to be.

I must admit I did prefer the first book in the series, maybe because there was a lot more build-up before Marcie and Jim finally got together, but this second one is a good continuation of Marcie's story and fans of the first will surely like this one too.

America's missing National Park -- a lament and a dream

That's the driving spirit behind this wonderful book -- Texas' missing National Park.

At one time, in the early 1930s, the National Park Service was looking at a national park at least 150,000 acres, and as much as 1 million acres, for Texas' Panhandle caprock. That's right, 1 million acres -- 1,600 square miles or so.

What happened? Don't blame the Depression; the NPS bought land in Texas at the tail end of the Depression to create Big Bend.

Lack of political will and a dime-store solution on the cheap are what happened.

After helping the state of Texas create Palo Duro Canyon State Park -- around 15,000 acres, not 150,000, let alone 1 million -- the NPS simply didn't carry that through. So all we have today is Palo Duro and another dime-sized state park, Caprock Canyons (Copper Breaks is not a canyon, per se, and it's not in the Caprock).

Flores, who once had a rough-it/hippie house in Yellow House Canyon, on one of the Caprock forks of the Brazos River, knows this land intimately and personally -- including the vast majority of the Caprock still in private hands.

Read this intimate account of what many of you may be missing who haven't visited either of the two state parks in Texas' Panhandle, and for those of you who have been to Palo Duro but not explored the rest of the Caprock, see what could have been -- and what Flores dreams still could be.

I paid over-due fines on this book twice at the Austin library...I wouldn't return it until I was finished. It was worth it though. Flores writes in simple terms and speaks from the heart. This book educated me while causing me to reflect on my life...Imprinted DNA from old relatives...I've believed this for years.

it might not be fair to comment, but i haven't read this book. nevertheless i was flying to san francisco from miami the other day and as the pilot mentioned that we just passed over texico, nm i noticed one of the most arresting sights i have ever seen from a plane.

seemingly endless plains, farmed into a quilted patchwork of green squares and circles, abruptly dissolved into a brownish red fractal universe.

at 34.946 north 103.438 west is one of the most striking features. you can check it out online at the terraserver or on any map program. of course they could never do justice to what it really looks like. i've been obsessing over this area for a few days now, although i hope it'll pass before i crank out bucks for yet another book i don't really need.

Having lived in the Caprock area of Texas for a few years I never knew what history and hidden geography were just beyond the flat, flat plain across the highway! After reading this book I must return to the Caprock to discover these things on my own! There is much beyond the state parks that Texans should claim as a part of their heritage and strive to better understand. Get this book and see if you don't agree!

From Ion channels in the molecular Genetics of the arrhythmia to the moment you push a patients face in a bucket of ice to convert them, good stuff. So little is still known about AvNode Rentrant tachycardia, Atrial flutter, classic WPW, etc. that it's highly refreshing to see a text like this. We know about Long QT syndrome and the specific genes responsible for this, mostly, and now the ones that have been identified for WPW, but there is so much more to understand. Did the open heart cryoblations hold fast, years later? What are the lasting effects of radiofrequency ablations? We are still experimental in our understanding, yet so advanced. Pacemakers, ICD's, and proper conversion methods for each arrhythmia, the dreaded Adenocard, etc. so much to do and learn, still.

This "must have" book is a guide post to spiritual living. It ignores dogma and religionists while championing the living faith of Jesus. Those who find no home in organized religion will find comfort and a friend in these pages. Compelling, encouraging, thoughtful; yet easy to read and understand. Offers great hope for these troubled times.

This is a wonderful addition to the Urantia Book. It gets down to the nitty-gritty of some of the teachings and adds practical advice to each of those teachings. You may not agree with all of its advice or with all of its explanations of the teachings, however, you will agree that it is a must have for anyone on a spiritual journey.

The Urantia Book is one of the most inspiring books in print today. It's teachings are timeless and life giving. The Center Within takes a look at these teachings and brings them to the practical level of experience. From meditation (stillness) to social interaction, The Center Within is complete and full of loving insight!

Religious dogma and ritual have, at times, obscured the unifying fact that we are all children of God. This book is an attempt to focus our attention to one of the most basic aspects of our brief life here on earth - sharing God's love. With a Urantia book backdrop, The Center Within reminds us that God resides in each of us and encourages us to communicate with God through daily meditative "stillness" practice. It gives practical suggestions on how best to accomplish that connection with God and describes the fruits of the spirit that will emerge from that practice. Check it out, folks. I think you'll like it.

Don't deprive yourself of this message!

When I was first introduced to The Urantia Book a number of years ago, I was encouraged to look beyond the obstacle of authorship and judge the validity of it's message on it's content. The idea that the truth would "ring true" deep within my being was often expressed. I took this advice to heart, and as I immersed myself in it's pages, I was rewarded by a whole choir of bells ringing true within me. It pains me to think how many people out there are depriving themselves of this amazing message just because they can't deal with the possibility that the papers were authored by "superhuman beings". It really doesn't matter who wrote the papers at all, what matters is the message. I, for example, am writing this review. Very few people who read this actually know me, so the majority of you will have to ponder what I have written and take from it what you will. Why should any other message be any different?

That many people will choose not to read The Center Within because of the source of it's teachings pains me as well. Many of the same Urantians who will encourage those reading The Urantia Book to look at the message and not judge the book by it's authorship will do exactly the opposite to this book. And as with The Urantia Book, those who choose to ignore this book are depriving themselves of a beautiful, uplifting, and even practical message. I would encourage everyone, Urantian or not, to open themselves to this message. I know that you will not be dissappointed.

This book is so cool. It's just Nancy and Ned so you know it will be romantic.By the first chapter you wouldn't want to put the book down. If you have a boyfriend and you all get into a fight related to Nancy's and Ned's (Nancy asks Ned a sensitive question and he takes it the wrong way) you can read the book and it could help you. So the book is absolutely great.(It happens to be my favorite Nancy Drew book.

This book was awesome. It had everything it needed. It was a great book. Ned gets accused for what he didn't do or so he says. He calls Nancy on the case to find out what's going on. If Nancy doesn't solve this case, they both get a failing grade. Read it. It's worth you're money.
