I have never had a stroke, but anyone who has had to handle a crisis, including living, will enjoy Through a Stroke of Luck.
Here you will find a friend who can share the laughter through tears. Corrie Triewth uses humor to deal with many difficult
situations caused by health problems and well as their supposed cures.
While you may be of any faith or belief, her all encompassing Vortex of Healing and AAH (aah-haa)moments bring unique spiritual insights, as well as standing for some Ass Holes.
I was up till 2:00 AM finishing Through a Stroke of Luck and came away filled with the preciousness of the human spirit.
A Springboard of questions for discussion groups would also make this an excellent Book Club choice.

I loved the tempo of her writing.....she moved along at a good clip with the sharing of her journey. However, at the same time, I wanted to lasso her to slow her down for fear that this inspirational reading would come to a premature end.
Darn, "Through a Stroke of Luck" is so good, I am singing Dr. Triewth's praises as writer, healer, spiritual motivator, medical ambassador, etc. to everyone! I hope she has already started on a sequel to this insightful book!
