This is one of the best Mack Bolan books I have ever read in a long time. It is nice to see Phoenix Force and Able Team also in this books since Gold Eagle no longer publishes them.
Who would of ever guess that this would be so true in our daily lives with what is going on now in Florida as well as around the United States.

From page one to the very last, I felt that I was right therein the thick of the action. Mack and the whole Stony Man team areoperating at high gear to once again take on the the threats to the the free world and to protect the innocents. I can wait for Book two. I have been a Bolan fan for a long time and this book is one of the reasons I keep coming back for more.

Excellent book with great technical content. Worth every penny. This book and "EIGRP Network Design Solutions" are the only two books written specifically about EIGRP. Both are great. Both are no longer in print and can be attained cheaply through the Amazon Z-Shops...

Nicely written book for rarely found subject

Pros:

This is one of the only two books available covering EIGRP in details. Most of other routing references do not have the same level on in-detail descriptions and protocol-specific information this book has. Add to that the smooth style of the authors which makes reading this book a pleasant experience

Cons:

May be EIGRP's code is not finalized yet and there are many enhancements added after this book is published. I think the authors need to issue a second edition with more information regard new features in the protocol. Although the book gives numerous examples of real life scenarios, It cames short of small pool of theoretical details " which are necessary if you run into *other* scenario rather than the ones listed. Finally, as many networks are migrating from IGRP to EIGRP, I think the authors should designate section for the migration process

Consise and precise

Review Date: 2001-01-30
For a book that weighs in at only 100 pages it seemed rather lightweight in comparison to other EIGRP/routing books I have read. But the quality of the content is very consise. The book is well paced and covers all aspects of EIGRP. From the mechanics of the protocol through to setup and network design decisions. The protocol troubleshooting sections are worth the price of the book in itself ( Far better than any others I have read) . And for the low price this is an excellent purchase.

Top Notch.

I have looked for an elephant collectibles book for years and never found one. Now at last there is one for all collectors to enjoy. And this one is GREAT. Over 1000 color images in every category! With enough information about the vast majority to get a good idea of what is out there to collect and who made it. Some items have a great deal of historical information. The resources section is full of people, places, artists and websites to find out more info. Can't wait for volume 2! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

At first glance, this book appears to be a book on philosophy. But after reading the first two chapters, I realized that this book says a whole lot about our American economy. As a former banker and current stay-at-home-mom, I find Smith's book very enlightening and am enjoying reading it. His personal anecdotes have made the book a pleasure to read. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in investing for their future.

This book is intense and refreshing. David Smith illuminates
everything from how the capital markets work to the sales process to
current politics using humor and easy to understand explanations. I
agree completely with him that Americans are continuing to shirk
personal responsibility and that liberals are nurturing this attitude.
I was haunted by the evidence Mr. Smith gives of the softening of
America. Although this book deals with serious subjects, I found
myself chuckling at his personal stories and cutting wit. After
experiencing the recent Presidential election I thought I had heard
every Democrat vs. Republican angle, but Eyes Wide Open provides a
unique insight into current American politics. An excellent read with
a totally original writing style!

My 5-year-old did not want to put this book down until he finished it. He loved that it was true, and he related to the try, try again theme for success in the story. If you have a child within this reading level and is interested at all in airplanes, this is a winner to buy!

I chose this book from the local library for my 7 year old daughter. When we got home, she read it immediately and started discussing the book. Now I have read it and will search the Internet to find more information about these actual events. This book is a keeper and I am buying a copy for our home library.

My son, in second grade, was so proud of himself when he completed this book on his own- his first chapter book- that he asked me to find more of the series. Fascinated by history, this historical fiction based on the Wright brothers held his interest to the end.

I love Florida.I love this book! I found this book from a reference in Jimmy Buffett's song FLORIDAYS. He writes with passion and lighthearted fun at the same time.Direct from the tropic of soul.

Don Blanding expresses his innermost feelings about his tropical home in Florida. It is probably one of my all time favorite books now. I have a similiar passion for FLorida and all of its tropical wonders. It touched my soul and my tropical heart. If you feel the same- you will love Floridays!

Don Blanding wrote this book while married to socialite Dorothy Binney Putnam and living in Fort Pierce. It's a departure from his Hawaiian books of poetry, but written with the same heart-felt sincerity. The illustrations are fabulous! Jimmy Buffet, a long-time Blanding fan, based his album Floridays on this book. Find out more about Don Blanding at www.don-blanding.com

A beautiful yet harsh look into the nature of Florida! The area he writes about, I have seen and it is still the same today as it was 70 years ago! If you want more of a personal inside into the author, try reading,"Whistled like a Bird" by Sally Chapman, you'll see a chapter including, Don Blanding and the area he so richly describes! It maybe be difficult finding a copy, but the local bookstores should have some on the shelves!

I love Don's books, particularly the decluttering books. I believe he coined that phrase, or should have. It's a joy to read, the examples of other peoples' excess make you shudder. And if these books aren't enough encouragement to get up off your duff and change your environment for the better (and cleaner) I don't know what is. Highly recommended.
I think he's written four or five declutter books (I have them all) but I'd love to see him write another one. Five stars.

This book is my ticket to the orderly and uncluttered life that has been eluding me. It's not only effective, but also well-organized, besides being entertaining to read, because of the way the author presents his material. I have bought an additional copy as a gift (for someone who asked to have it!), and I know she will be happy with it, too.

Jim Cramer gets it right. This book is one of most valuable I have ever read in terms of helping me invest my money -- and I've read alot. It teaches the reader what to look for to make sure they are investing in good sound companies and not the Enron's of the world. It is one thing to find an exciting stock, it is another to have the confidence to know that you aren't getting swindled. This book gave me that confidence.

A great read going through the last 100+ years of corporate fraudsters. The authors really make history and the characters come alive through their storytelling. They also bring out amazing parallels among the frauds and show how people could have spotted the dangers before they lost everything. Good lessons to know and to keep in mind for the future. A great book.

"I do not forgive you!" is the thought that burst into my mind as I was forced to consider those who had hurt me in the past. This book challenged me to realize my anger, experience the sadness of what was lost and take a step toward forgiveness for the first time. I plan to give this book to everyone I have ever wronged in hopes they will learn enough to be able to forgive me and hopefully we can all learn to forgive ourselves-this concept was completely foreign to me, truly amazing! Thank you Dr. Stoop you may have helped save my life!

What a beautiful book.

I purchased this book after going through a difficult time with my loved ones, family, friends, but mostly myself. How could I possibly forgive others, when it was myself who I needed to forgive first? Chapter by chapter this book uses analogies and spiritual guidelines needed for one to grow within one's self. It was easy reading, yet never boring. I found this book to be one of the most useful tools I have and will keep in my possesion, for discovering and living the spiritual path of forgiving.
