Love this book. If you play, whether it's a friendly or a smoker, this book can help your game with its insights from the players with the biggest stones. Those guys (gender agnostic) are legends and yet seemingly accessible - if only. Dunnett has done it. Even though I recommend it, I'm tempted to keep to myself and use it for the potential ill-gotten gains from less informed competitors.

This little fold-it guide is perfect for introducing new players to the game. I have used it several times, teaching poker to friends from Russia, Kazakistan, Bulgaria, Romania, China, Korea, Ukraine, and many other countries.

I thought that the content of this book was extrodinary. It was about the same as the first one but I always had wondered what the fossil TCG would be like. When I collected the full collection of PKMN cards I was delighted. I share the collection with my friend Philip who is just as mad about Pokemon as I am. The book is very helpful because in my old one I ticked of al of the ones I had so it was a great help. It also gives you lots of Pictures of cards at least not in Japanese so I am venturing towards being the ultimate PKMN trainer. The book describes the cards perfectly so I can develop my skills on playing and defeating against my opponent. I hope everyone who gets the book enjoyed as much as me. Bye!

There is very little here for players with any experience, and the word "Pro" in the title is completely inaccurate. Now if you are pretty new to the game and want a very approachable read, then this will do the job. It's almost like a condensed, dumbed down, super system 1, which most self-respecting players have read. I have been playing for about 7 years, so this was pretty much worthless to me, but it might be of great value to someone just learning the game. May you pocket aces not get cracked!

If you're serious about wanting to learn how to play Texas hold'em, this book is an ideal place to start. Krieger and Bykofsky examine the game from just about every angle --- from basic strategy to some of the more advanced concepts and plays, as well as game selection, money management, dealing with tilt, shifting gears, and so much more. All throughout the book their "amateur alerts" warn the reader to avoid some of the most common, and costly, poker mistakes. And it's all put across in an easy, conversational style that's always a pleasure to read. Highly recommended!

My son age 4 loves to play these cards. He has fun and he is learning the presidents and things about them all at the same time. He can now name the first 12 presidents and some of their vice presidents from playing this game.

This is a fascinating book that goes into great detail on cheating methods for many gambling games including slot machines, poker, roulette and craps. There are also discussions of three-card Monte, cheating devices, carnival games, counterfeiting, pool, horse racing, and "miscellaneous schemes and frauds." Protection is rich in visuals, including slot machine schematics and reprints of old news stories about cheating. It's a great reference work!

These flashcard make learning world facts just a little less boring. Good for car travel. Each card is easy to handle, well made, has facts which are interesting even for grown ups. We dole these out a few at a time and use them for study starters or conversation starters.

This is a book about two twin brothers both on the same soccer team who in the begining fight from the time they get up till the time the go to bed. One is sort of close to God and they other wants nothing to do with Him. Slowly through the book they change. In attidude, soccer skills, and relationship with God. At the end of the book, both desperatly wanting to see each other after a situation on the field arises. But both are afraid of how the other one will react.

I thought this was a good book. It shows that you should be thankful that you have a sibiling. Even when they do things on purpose yet not realizing what could happen.

This set of cards is a great way to introduce or re-introduce teens to the Bible, issues of faith, and what the Bible has to do with "real" life. The artwork and images on the cards are also great on their own for helping start discussions or for use in non church or inter-religious settings.

A remarcable book dealing with both the traditional tarot but with the added advantage of the meaning of the color energy flows within the cards. A must read for all users of the tarot not just the Sacred Rose.
