Black-and-white photographs illustrate this serious-minded guide that presents basic information as thoroughly as possible without straying into an excess of technical jargon.

I play D line at BSU and this book incoporated and explained a lot of the drills we did when I was playing. It also gave me ideas for new drills. I recommend this book to D line coaches.

Great book! Perry provides a unique insight into a job we all often ignore. Perfect book for those students interested in the Sociology of work. The book also includes a historical view of the development of the San Francisco area in the 60's and 70's.

This book had me chuckling from start to finish. If you like good clean humor, then this is the book for you. Highly recommended, an excellent compilation of jokes.

Jerry Patterson tells it like it is. He pulls no punches when describing potential pitfalls when attempting to create real systemic change in today's schools and school districts. At first, this honest look at the realities of trying to change schools may seem cynical, but on review Patterson creates realistic scenarios of what leaders need to know before they initiate change strategies. Patterson brings life to the ideas of writers like Gardner, Burns, O'toole, and Deal and points up some great rules of thumb for those who consider themselves "transformational leaders" in schools today.

This book is a good read whether you have no knowledge of how to cleanse or whether you are an old pro looking for just a little more information. It covers many different organs, not just the colon.

My 3 year old loves George so this was a natural pick for us to read more Spanish. It is written in English & in spanish. The illustrations are bright, colorful, and fun. George spills grape juice on the new carpet and then tries to clean it up. I love that the Curious George series introduces kids to Math & Science concepts in such a fun, subtle way. Check out the back for experiement to help your kids grasp the science principla they introduced. LOVE this series!

I am writing more as a reviewer of Dr. Goldstein herself than of the book, as I have had the pleasure of being one of her students. Dr. Goldstein is a lucid and intelligent woman, who is genuinely interested in conveying her knowledge to her readers, in text, and students, in person. Both the book and its author have been celebrated for the contribution "Demanding Clean Food and Water" has made to the pursuit of human rights. If you are seeking understanding as well as information, I highly recommend you read her work.

I absolutely loved this book by Bro Harvey Spear!! I bought it and read it all in one day. It brought back so many childhood memories, good memories, I could 'hear' the sound of the screen door slamming shut, I could 'smell' the aroma of mamas homemade bread, I could 'feel' the heat of the Oklahoma sun bearing down on my back. Each word was like a yummy piece of chocolate candy, I savored every bit of it. The only thing is, the book is too short. There should be 1,000 more chapters to it, at LEAST! I recommend this book to anyone.
