This is an authoritative book on Department 56 Villages. The pictures accurately reflect each piece including accessories. Listed both by name of piece and by number of piece. Pictures are in color for easy identification. Valuable book especially when buying the retired pieces. Exceptional for those who need to have items insured above and beyond what normal homeowners regular policy covers (and extra coverage, but this is recommended). If you have extensive numbers of pieces and can't remember if you have a certain one a place for logging in info is provided. E.G., When bought, how much paid, current market value, and increase or decrease in value over the life of the piece. Very heplful for anyone getting started or those with large collections.

The new Greenbook is a major improvement over the previous versions which were already the best in the field. The new pictures are better, and the organization is great. Placing all accessories within their own villages is much easier. Moving all the Special Designs to one section is also very helpful. The pagination makes it very easy to use the book.

I know some people want the secondary market information, but I am happy to have it mostly as a reference source with pictures. Putting everything in chronological order also lets me compare things that happened in each collection at a specific point in time.

It's really great to have a single source for all my collecting needs at a reasonable price.

Rare museum guide with over 150 pages of photos and description of important works of art in this museum in Thailand. Some items are described with additional history and info. Highly recommended.

One can imagine my surprise to find out that there exists comprehensive research on America's secret ruling class, the Pocket Gophers. Oh, or maybe not. It seems that no copies are available, and all of Theo. H Sheffer's other publications have been disguised as "agricultural" treatises. Curses Batman, foiled again!!!
