Brett Green's MODELING THE MESSERSCHMITT BF 109F AND EARLY G SERIES adds to Osprey's 'Modelling' series, this focusing on modeling one of the most recognizable fighter aircraft in history. Five different builds across the scales provide material for both beginning and expert modelers and is a 'must' for collections specializing in World War II models.

If you buy no other book on the StuG, or on German armor modeling at all, buy this one. Superlatives don't do this one justice. In a field where the most cursory and repetitive modeling and pop historical accounts can be passed off as research or advanced modeling material, this one truly stands out from the crowd. I've built a slew of German armor, and am particularly fond of the Sturmgeschutz family. My models have gotten seriously better (better meaning that I like them more, I feel they are more representative of 'reality', and I enjoy building and finishing them much more) since I have read this book. I've re, and re-re read it, and will continue to do so. I get a little more valuable info and insight with each read. Look at the pictures with a magnifying glass - there is much info there.
In my opinion, this book is right up there with Tony Greenland's Master Modeling Class on armor. Both are indespensible to the scale German AFV builder.
The main benefits to me in this book are around detailing the interiors of these vehicles, and in applying a realistic finish. I applied Gary's techniques to a little Tamiya 1/48 Sturmgeschutz III B which I had built some months back but left sitting around while I figured out what kind of scheme and finish to apply. I took some techniques and schemes from this book and applied them to the model and, in my opinion, produced my most satisfying AFV to date.
I am now planning how to build one of these vehicles with at least a partial (if not full) interior using aftermarket resin sets. It isn't as difficult as one might expect and the StuG offers the ability to open the vehicle up considerably to show off the interior.

I very much recommend this book to the armor scale model builder, the StuG fan in particular.

This product line is fabulous. I use it myself and it has made co-parenting much easier, and helps to keep conflict at a minimum. The layout of the mom/dad pad specifically encourages parents to stick to child-related issues, concerns, and queries. I recommend this line of products to any parents who have a shred of desire to co-parent, if even the other parent does not wish to positively. Also appropriate for stepparents.

I thought the author did a good job of spanning the wide range of financial topics with sound advice

Builder's Library is a compilation of articles that appeared in Fine Homebuilding magazine published by Taunton Press. The series covers home improvement and remodeling topics including tiling, ceramic tile, carpentry, woodworking, tools, framing, masonry, window and skylight issues.

This book is a wonderful book for all reborners.It covers everything from
supplies (choices),tools (how to make your own) what colors you need and how to mix them,and very creative techniques,written by a very talented
artist. Jeannine takes you carefully step by step through the process with
many excellent close-up ilustrations.No detail is left out.If you've been
reborning a long time or a beginner,you'll love this book.If you're just
starting... PLEASE... do yourself a favor and buy these books. Save yourself from making many mistakes (some costly) like I did.

Jeannine looks past the high priced tools and comes up with some very creative ways to use normal household products to get great results. This book is larger than some of her other case studies with lots of step by step pictures to help you though the process. Written to spark the creativity in all of us. Congrats...

I am a classroom teacher who likes the ready to use ideas and how well they fit with the existing curriculum. I would recommend it to full-time and part-time teachers as an important classroom resource.

This book is a must for "New Guys" to be on your shelf, and give you a quick reference. It is jamb packed with information! It is non-technical, practical and written by a technical guy. There are many things I have learned in "fixing things" and I come up with novel ways of doing it, but this guy is good! If you work with both hand tools and power tools, as I do, you may neglect a tool and find it rusty. Inside this book is alchemey magic for the small shop. Reversing the rusting process! Each page has something for us. It also tells me why, and if I want more, the facts behind it. Only one draw back, but it probably kept the cost of this book affordable. I'd like it to be on better paper, and have a few more pictures of what the project or technique looks like, so I can have a visual reference point.

This book is an excellent guide for managing MPLS-based networks and definitely very useful for network operators. I must say much has been written about the MPLS architecture, but this is the first book that is dedicated to MPLS network management issues.

I found the "Interview with the Expert" sections quite informative.

Overall well done!

The book addresses how to use multimedia in higher education based on how to make teaching and learning more effective and efficient. In each chapter, the authors describe goals, general information, raise questions, summarize guidelines and provide examples, resources.
The questions are very thought-provoking, the guidelines are quite practical. The information and resources are very informative. And there are numerous insights about education, techonology, learning and teaching theories that the authors shared with readers.
A great book worth to buy.
