I think my students will enjoy the book and it will help them learn about the seasons.

A useful and concise text, appropriate for teachers in mainstream and ESL classrooms, that gets at the issues underlying second language reading. There is a moderate amount of basic linguistics lingo as well as summaries of research.....but just enough so as to be able to describe the challenges of reading to the second language learner as well as describe the limitations of our pedagogical knowledge.

Error Correction Techniques for the Foreign Language Classroom

Hauptman's "Ethics and Librarianship" is a landmark book about the issue of ethics and libraries in our society. It covers every major ethical problem posed to librarians today and offers insightful and good-common-sense approaches to these dilemmas.

I have used this book for a paper on ethics and virtual reference librarianship. It helped me a great deal while I was gathering reference materials and research items for my paper. There were several articles and scholary journals regarding this issue, but only a few books. This book ranks as the number one book for this subject matter.

I am considering libraries and ethics for a possible thesis in the future, a topic that is very important in today's culture.

I recommend this book for any student wishing to address the subject of ethics and librarianship.

As a newcomer in the field of network theory I read first this book. It is quite easy to understand: clear and logical. However the calculations somewhere are too compact.

I really enjoyed this helpful and informative text. I hope instructors around the country start to use it in the classroom.

Excellent book! Great for home schoolers. It covers a wide range of reading levels so it can be used for a number of years and/or by several children of different ages making it economcal both in cost and storage! It's easy to use and fun. The same basic format is used each month but as the context varies the children will not get bored. The choice of books is great too. No taste is left out.

Excellent collection of articles that provides a very comprehensive and updated view of the field. A must for researchers on this area.

It is easy to read with lots of examples. Gives planty of ideas if you are interested in corpus study.

Written in a easy-to-understand manner. Plus plenty of codes on website so I have no problem programming. One con is there are a lot of typo's in the book, but it's easy to figure out. Overall very satisfied.
