Great quick reference guide for AutoCad. I bought this book for my wife who is an architect/interior designer. In her words " I am glad I have this book. Its easy to look up whatever I need and handy enough to carry around to work". She not wants me to check if they have a book for Photoshop and Illustrator that she can have at her workplace

Chunky paperback with 644 detailed pages; diagrams, drawings or screenshots are on most pages. There are a few cool color renderings in the front that would make great framed pix!

One of the first books on Autocad, accompanied the software. Includes chapters on creating objects, precision, editing, layers, blocks, xrefs, tolerance, and formats. 100 pages are Appendices, which cover toolbars, windows, libraries and compatibility. Well made book, with strong bright pages.

This book was used independently to help students in a training center website.

Although the presentation is not exactly the same as in the exam, the material covered is what is needed to pass the exam.

Serious AutoCAD professionals should use this book (in conjunction with thewebsites) to take the Certification exam.

As an AutoCad drafter and CAD standards consultant I have found this book invaluable. The authors straight forward practical approach to AutoCad leave other instructional books including Autocad's printed manuals, lacking. I have to say as a professional this is the only AutoCad book I own that isn't collecting dust.

I use this product almost on a daily basis. I bought the CadCARD when I first started to study CAD. I am always looking at it to remind myself what size text to use. I show it to students and they say, "Where did you get this" It is invaluable.
