AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
David Fialkoff is a bona fide trivia buff. He's been a contestant on Who Wants to be a Millionaire? and Jeopardy! and he produced, wrote, and cohosted Local Quizine, a quiz show that ran for several years on his local public access TV station. His game show-inspired trivia quizzes often appear in Games magazine.

A few days ago, I spotted this book in a used book store and succumbed to my overwhelming desire for all things Trek. I then "wasted" several hours last weekend working through the over 1,000 trivia questions from the original Star Trek series. They certainly were challenging, I was able to solve approximately ¼ of them immediately, and a few others after some thought. The solutions are included and having some kind of a life outside of the Trek universe, I did not bang my head against the wall too long before looking up the answer.
If you are a Trek addict and like to be challenged on your knowledge, then this is a book that will offer you many delights and frustrations.

Whether you're a Star Wars enthusiast who's 9 or 900, "Trivia Quest" is a quick and fun tool to test your knowledge of "Revenge of the Sith."

This book is great if you appreciate both the little guys along with the superstars that make baseball such a beloved game. Not only does it have some recent developments in baseball, but also bookmarks key happenings from the past that have evolved the game. A very readable book for the baseball lover.

I was looking for something for my 15 year old nephew for Christmas. He loves Guinness Book of World Records and fun fact books. This was the hit of the morning! Everyone in my house, of ALL ages, couldn't keep their hands off this book. This one won't disappoint!

I'm a trivia nut. It's true. but then again, most of the nation enjoys knowing stuff that nobody has any use knowing. This is why we watch game shows-to see if we know as much trivia as other people.

Its trivia that this book execlls at. This was the first of the series that I read-I now own 1998-2001-and I love it. you may feel that it's enough to know what the highest grossing movie of all time (the 1998 edition lists Jurassic Park, as Titanic hadn't set sail yet), so you'll chose Guiness book fo world records. But where else can you go to find the other nine highest grossing movies of all time? Only the Top Ten book of everything.
