the reader needs to immerse his/her self in the book and then make up his own mind about what he got out of it. Assuming the reader is also a trader, it should provide an interesting perspective of market behaviour. is there a rythme ? this is the $1,000,000 question.

Mr. Kawaller knows how to display the facts, provide informative facts, and decorate it all with a wit and charm that thrives in his book. "Financial Futures and Options" is THE book for risk management lovers everywhere. This book inspired me to change my career choices. After reading "Futures" (in one sitting!) I knew that prostitution and drug dealing was just not for me. I am now an economist making over $600,000 a year and loving it. Thank you, Mr. Kawaller. You turned my life around. As a trader and a quant I found this book packed with useful information. This is a must have book for every trader and researcher of tick-by-tick data.

I was given this book by the author and his brother as a Christmas gift and I really have not been able to put the book down. You can simply open to any page of this book and find interesting garden ideas. I have already implemented many from his book and my own ideas. The book also showcases his 1850's farm house in Pennsylvania. What a beautiful place to enjoy in his book. Anyone who even has a remote interest in plants and gardens will truly love this book. Jon Carloftis provides you with many ideas for a variety of gardens including rooftop gardens. Enjoy!

I really liked this book. It was very exciting. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. Hildy tries to make everything just right. It had a really good setting, (since I live in the Ozarks). It was a story about faith, and trust in God.

The main thrust of this book is the development of new and powerful symmetry relationships in the values of options in foreign exchange markets. What makes these relationships really interesting -- and useful -- is that the authors show that they are valid in all markets. For example, no assumptions are needed on the existence of probability distributions. The final symmetries are easily understood and introduced using language from physics. This stuff should be in all books on mathematical finance. Traders, financial professionals, students and academics will find this book useful.

Sadiku is a true educator, most of his his books are written to teach the subject. His books are written primarily written for the student. This text is no exception, his teaching by example approach prepares the reader to solve most of the end of the chapter problems. He presented Thevenin's and Norton's theories in the clearest way that I have seen. The examples that he gave were excellent. Also his presentation of 3 phase circuits were superb. I believe any electrical engineering under-grad student that uses his text will develope a strong foundation and be well prepared for the upper-level EE courses.
