Signs Books

The Astroanalysis are simply the best books to learn of your own astrology. They are easy to read, easier to understand, and written for practical application. Whether you have been studying for years or this is a first, this book was written for you.

First of all, this series is NOT a horoscope! It does not predict the future or give you the winning jackpot numbers!! Rather, it gives insight into personality traits of those born under the various star signs. I was introduced to this series many years ago by a therapist who felt that reading the Gemini book would help me understand MYSELF. What an eye-openner! For example, I spent most of my young adult life jumping from one relationship to another, one career to another. I credited it to the fact that I just never "picked the right one" in the first place. It was frustrating enough for me, so I can't even imagine the grief that I caused those around me. After reading the Astroanalysis Gemini book, I learned that a Gemini's worst fears are being bored and having his/her freedom taken away.... of being "trapped". So, I discovered that by having various and sundry hobbies (everything from knitting to race car driving!!), I could have the wide and wonderful world at my disposal, and yet still enjoy a loving, lasting relationship and a satisfying career. My fiance is a Leo, and early in our relationship I thought "Why are you so bossy??", while he was thinking "Why are you so defiant??" The Astroanalysis books have helped me to admire his focus and drive in his career, all because he wants to provide me with the best of everything. In turn, he has learned to let go a bit.... that there is more to life than work..... that sometimes ya just gotta have fun!!

These books are very easy to read, divided into sections such as "Leo at Work", "The Leo Child", etc. They have a great section which discusses the various sign combinations (ie: "Leo Man - Gemini Woman"). Again, I would not use this for CHOOSING a mate, but rather for understanding the mate you aready have. Additionally, if you know your exact birth time, the book provides charts for finding out your moon sign, where the various planets were at the time of your birth, etc. I haven't done much with those sections, as I found that the chapters about personality provide the most usable information. I hope to eventually own all twelve books in this series!! Highly recommended!

The breakdown of the individual effects that each planet has on a person's personality is extremely well done and offers very good descriptions of personality traits. I own several of these books and recommend trying any of them.

An excellent guide to some of the more arcane and overlooked tenets of astrology. I highly recommend it.

Has info on all the signs:about the planets, elements, days, colors, etc. Also shows how compatable your sign is with the other 12 signs. Small and handy. Fits anywhere! :) 3 1/4 by 3 3/4. I love this book because it's acurate, handy, and oh so cute! *^_~*

This is a "Must Read" book for any dog owner that truly loves their K-9 companions. Ms. Lacy has done an extraordinary job of combining affection with understanding and insight into the traits of " man's ( and woman's) best friend". Her compassion, love and tounge-in-cheek humor shows through on every page. The illustrations are marvelously done and you will gain a new understanding and respect for your four legged loved ones.
