This book efficiently portrays the necessity of self-examination and the application of what one fines on that close examination
in his or her everyday life. This book is excellent for anyone of any faith who wishes to learn more about themself and the
world around them.

CLAIM YOUR BASIC RIGHTS explores a dialog between the Personality and the Soul in a quest for acceptance of ourselves and
tranquility in our lives. Since the soul is our connection to a Higher Being, it follows that a deeper awareness of the soul
can allow us to more clearly percieve how our attitudes affect our lives. We can relate to ourselves and those around us
with more compassion and forgiveness through this awarness thus enhancing our relationships and achieving a sense of peace
in accepting who we are.
There is an opportunity to journal at the end of each chapter as we attempt to form a deeper understanding and union with our spirtual self. This is a book you will value and want to spend time with often. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants achieve inner peace.

Deftly co-authored by Jennifer Palmquist and Daniel Cohen (Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology), Claiming
Your Basic Rights: Create A Practical Partnership With Your Soul offers an in-depth understanding of the soul through psychological
and philosophical study. Introducing the reader to the modern "new age psychology", Claiming Your Basic Rights details and
contrasts the years of attained knowledge and concepts which Palmquist and Cohen have come to observe and understand. Very
highly recommended to all students of the new-age modern thought and philosophy, as well as to those searching for a greater
understanding of such thought, Claiming Your Basic Rights is an informative collection of practical and modern thought presented
from the perspective of a psychologist and a naturally gifted student of nature and separate realities.

This is a wonderful nuts and bolts book that speaks right to the heart. I enjoyed every chapter. This book is great for coaches looking for a reference work for their clients and good for anyone who has questions about whether he or she is living life fully as a human being. I love this new book.
