I purchased the 5 book set, plus 4 of the individual stories. These are fantastic books which my 4 grandchildren (age 8,9,10&12) all love. I found them hard to put down when I read them. Great books.

This is a great little book with some very funny 'things to do now that you're 40'.

Tired of the same old stories? Then try Three Cool Kids--most children love the fractured fairy tales (just look at the popularity of The Stinky Cheese Man), and this one will be no exception. With big, bold illustrations, this book works for either a classroom, storytime, or a 'cuddle' reading. Children may need to hear the original Billy Goats Gruff first to catch the connection, but even if this one is read first, kids will still love it!

Three Days with Della Quinn is a darkly compelling and vividly original novel. Cunningham evokes a haunting sense of time and place with some of the most lyrically beautiful prose that I have read for quite some time. This book deserves to be read and, once read, talked about.

I have been using this book for several years, and update my book each time a new edition is released. It is a must-have for Medical Transcriptionists, especially those working in specialty medicine. It saves me time and doesn't give me more information than I really need. All of our front-office staff use this version as well to verify medication questions. It is easy to use and has turned out to be a real time saver.

This Intrique features Jed Prentiss and Marissa Devereaux, two very different people with very different ideas on what they want from each other, but when Marissa is taken by extremists on a caribbean island, she will find that her only hope is Jed Prentiss and perhaps they and their ideas aren't so different after all!

Marissa, a travel agent who does some undercover work for the State Department is caught in the act and automatically carted off to prison and further on to the firing range when who would you guess shows up to save her from death? Jed Prentiss ofcourse! The man she has tried very hard to keep at arms length, but when saving her from immediate death, she is more then willing to stay close to him and trust him to save her from the villian Sanchez.

Jed Prentiss wasn't so sure he could pull off the scheme devised by Marci's friends to save her from Sanchez's cluthes, but he's her only hope and even though he would like to pretend its only because he's being paid to rescue Marci, he has to admit to himself that without being paid, he would rush straight infront of a firing squad to save her! And incidentially, he does!

As Jed rushes in to save Marci, he plays the ruse that Marci's friends came up with Jed as her fiance'. Marci is thrown off guard when Jed shows up annoucing to release his fiance' and the only way they will let Marci go is if she and Jed get married right away to prove they can be trusted. Marci doesn't know if she can pull off a false marriage to a man she has tried hard to keep at arms lengths because of her fear of men intimately. Jed has his own baggage to bring into the picture and together, they conquer each other's fears and work together to escape, alive!

This story is full suspense and high-strung excitement. York delivers yet another original work that is worth every minute spent reading it!

For those who imagine librarians are like what could have happened to the Donna Reed character if _A Wonderful Life_ hadn't, this volume demonstrates the engagement and vitality of library workers. They collect materials and then present them so that the public can make sense of information and knowledgeably take action. Beyond serving as a search engine, librarians find and deliver to their clienteles an array of useful, entertaining, and educational resources. Ours is a complex world, and we can appreciate assistance the library gives in understanding it.
_A True Politician_ chronicles the life of a librarian who held true to her job as a member of her community. It also offers a hint of romance. I'm glad that I read this inspiring book.

Good grief this is a great series! Three sisters go to the Mediterranean on holiday with the money their father left them to find husbands. It's hilarious in some parts, poignant and thrillimg in others. There's a mystery twisted in with the story that brings the men they drive crazy into the fray. With backdrops that are so breathtaking I want to visit them all, I can't recommend these three books enough. Start with To Catch a Groom, then To Win his Love, and the last, To Marry for Duty. I can't pick a favorite.

If you want encouragement in your life, read this book. If you have ever gone through a trial, this book will help you to see that you can get through anything. Read it......it's AWESOME.
