Rainbow The Books

I have had this book for the past 10 years. Just recently, I began to work in fashion retail and I have found this book to be a miracle. However did it escape renown?

I love "The Colorful Rainbow Dream." It was very professionally and beautifully done. It kept me enthralled, and it is a keeper. "The Colorful Rainbow Dream" isn't just for Noahides but for everyone, because the Seven Universal Commandments are for everyone. Even though I am a college-educated adult, I enjoy reading it again and again (even if it is written as a children's book), because it is filled with a lot of deep teachings and things to really spend lots of time pondering on. One thing it made me think about is how would everyone in the world feel if everyone followed (or tried hard to follow) the Seven Commandments that G-d told us to do, so there would be no more murders or thefts (think of all the kinds of stealing and all the murders going on and the pain this causes), and if no one was ever cruel to animals. I did this mental exercise with all the rest of the Seven Commandments too. Wouldn't we feel closer to G-d and to one another with an environment like that? Just think what the ramifications would be! Also, I appreciate its Torah accuracy, which makes it a book that any observant Noahide (or Jew) would be proud to have in his or her book collection. I highly recommend "The Colorful Rainbow Dream."

This is an anthology, written by gay psychotherapists, on topics such as anti-gay violence, career counseling, counseling the elderly, counseling the HIV-positive, etc. This book is excellent for a number of reasons. First, it is easily readible by both lay people and psychiatrists. Second, the book utilizes the perfect amount of case studies; it's neither devoid of them or overdone with them. Besides, the case studies selected are quite interesting. Most importantly, this anthology has chapters on gay Blacks, Latinos, and Asians, respectively. This was the best section of the book. I would actually recommend this book to all gays and lesbians of color due to this section.

This book has easy to make, fun to make, simple crafts based on Bible themes for young children. I would say that for children older than about 4 the activities in this book would be too easy. The supplies you need are simple every day craft supplies- glue, paper, scissors.

D.H. Lawrence's "The Rainbow" is a very good book that has been rated as one of the 150 most influential books of the 20th century by many lists. But even classics go out of print. The book is about a young couple, how they meet, and their sexual relations. The couple produces many children which causes the mother to be more of a mother than a lover. Will, the eccentric, masculine father, is confused by this lack of interest in him and frightened by his dominating wife. This book is a classic of psychological realism.

My son and I loved this book. It is a touching story of a young couple, with a great take home message at the end. After reading it I was able to tell my son about my great grandfather living in a dugout when he came over from Germany.

A precursor of sound bites, Frances Octavia, (born Oct 31,1912 in TX)changed her name to "Evans" because it sounded more euphonious...easier for announcers use on radio. "Queen of the West" wrote more than dozen books,including "Angel Unaware"..on their daughter,Robin,who died of Down Syndrome, in '52. She joins & now rides, on "Buttermilk", with Roy,& Trigger...over the Rainbow..in the great Western Sky. Let us all recall: "Don't Fence Me In".

IT WAS A FAST PACED MYSTERY THRILLER...........KEPT ME ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT WONDERING HOW IT WAS GOING TO END.....IT WAS BASED ON FICTION..., BUT IN TODAYS WORLD IT COULD HAPPEN....ESPECIALLY SINCE 911 CHANGED THE LANDSCAPE OF AMERICA.....I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT TO EVERYONE........

I received this book from a friend. As a lover of poetry--all kinds--I found this collection to be both deep and satisfying. While one could read a poem a day, the desire to consume the entire bunch is overwhelming. If you are looking for something to think about, something to stir your emotions, something to soothe your soul, you will find it all in Mrs. Moore's book.
