This was the best novel I've read in awhile. This young girl has an incredible talent with words. When you purchase the book, check out the author bio. Only twenty five years old!! I'm very impressed. Her descriptions and analogies were excellent. The emotion she writes with is so moving. I got goosebumps at some parts, laughed at some parts and I cried at others. It was excellent. I can't wait till Ms. Fernandes writes another. You got to read this book!!

Every recipe I have tried so far (about a dozen) has worked and tasted delicious. A must for bakers and chocolate lovers.

This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand the physiological process involved in addiction and compulsive behavior. The biggest revelation of this book is that all addictions whether they are substance or behavior based such as gambling, are caused by natural neurochemicals in the brain.

In an era when addiction is running rampant. When you can walk into any convenience store and acquire nicotine, alcohol, junk food, lottery tickets and pornography. Harvey Milkman and Stanley Sunderwirth discuss more positive ways of achieving a natural high such as involvement in the arts. It's about changing negative behaviors that destroy life into positive ones that add to life.

WOW, This is a wonderful book that lays out how a non-profit board should work. Creating Caring & Capable Boards delivers a simple outline for preparing a board for leadership and evaluating an organization through out its lifetime. It has helped me (an executive director of a non-profit) objectify my board's behavior and develop a strategy for dealing with them. I plan to order 9 copies and send it to each member.

One of the best technically written books I've read in a long time. The author pays close attention to detail and never leaves you hanging wondering why any publisher would pay good money to print the book. This book is worth every dine spent on its preparation to bring it to the public .. . and so is this author well deserving of high praise. I can't wait until she releases her next great novel. Well worth the read!!

If you've never any of his books you're truly missing out. Just when you think all urban books are the same he shuts that concept down.. Cop one and I'm sure you'll end up coppin em all..

This book features cases from the year 1900 all the way to 2005 presented in a black and white newspaper-esque fashion. Sort of like headlines you would see on the front page of a newspaper. It has photos for almost every case, even the ones from the year 1900, 1910's, 1920's and so on...very rare find, very unique and a good source of information.

I havent heard of many of the old cases but they were the top stories from back in the day- The cases that made history. It didn't have every single newsworthy crime but they got a lot of it. A lot of them are really old but they are still interesting. Also features the new cases. A very good book for the true crime lover. Recommended.
