Performance Books

For those that read the Wall Street Journal having to do with books that the top brass and politicians are reading about fighting guerrilla warfare might have found that this is no longer in print. Its a good text book. Not too complicated to read, class is kind of a pain. If this is a program requirement, struggle your way through it. If its not a requirement, don't take this class, its annoying and frustrating.

This is a great book on "how to deal with pressure." Robert outlines in clear terms how to be more effective under difficult situations. Highly recommended.

It's such a shame that this book has been out of print. A small library has this title in my home town and trust me-the book provides hours of enjoyment! The book has huge, beautifully blown up pictures of Callas in Opera, some rare and some well known (the butterfly pic), revealing the Callas genius. Buy this Book! You'll love it!

If you like Camaros then buy this book. Not only does it have Z28's but it also has Yenkos, COPO's, IROC-Z's, Super Sports, and many more. Other then the great pictures this book also has great information.

The Cambridge Companions series, on various music, in this case, the guitar, are invaluable study aids. The scholarly cachet/authority, of these essayists, who treat the many avenues which guitar playing takes, is very helpful to the student and general reader. Hardly boring, the commentary accompanied by musical notation, allows the reader to know by experience what the writer is saying. Great addition to learning and appreciation for the guitar.

Its comprehensive treatment of both theoretical and practical problems on capacity planning and performance modeling allows you to make quick decisions to improve performance and shorten the time to market.

Carefully researched, well-illustrated overview of this emerging technology.
