Jac Fitz-Enz writes in a dramatic and to-the-point way based on his hard-earned experience in trying to motivate staff organizations. He asks how staffs add value -- surely they do, but often this value gets neglected or misdirected, resulting in a caretaker system rather than a managed company. The author's inspiring words, reminiscent of Deming and Drucker, should be more widely quoted than they are.

The title says it all. This is the greatest book ever. Kudos to the authors especially Ms. Casteris.

This book opens a wondow to the world of Berber culture. It is written with love and care about local people. Like those who this book is about are family members of the Author. And you know, what if family for North African - is may be most important in the life.

This booklet has the feel of a "fat" brochure. But it is not particularly costly and it does a nice job of explaining how leaders can appraise, promote and fire their subordinates. The booklet is divided into the following five chapters:

1. One-on-one performance management
2. Promoting employees
3. Dealing with underperformance
4. Evaluating team performance
5. Implementing performance management

I particularly liked the 6-page summary at the end of the booklet that was called "Off-and-Running." I probably would have liked the booklet better if the summary had been situated at the front of the book instead of at the end.

The booklet is packed with wonderful checklists and lists making it very easy for the reader to use the book to evaluate employee performance without having to read and study a long book on the subject. For example, one list included was entitled "Progressive Discipline Steps" and read as follows:

Bly is an informed and informative introduction, as well as an in-depth study drawn from the writings of an former Erectile Dysfunction sufferer who is sharing the information he had compiled to understand, aide and apply to his overcoming this increasingly distressing and commonly occurring disorder. As a "user-friendly" reference, presented in an easy-to-read and "user friendly" style, all men may benefit from Better Than Ever, enables readers to understand their bodies and psychological outlook better. Better Than Ever is very strongly recommended to all men victim to E.D. for its sensitive style and informative content, as well to those in fear of the disorder.

The artworks and political ideas of German artist Joseph Beuys are deeply discussed into this interesting book. In the 1960's, Joseph Beuys was an underground name in the American artworld, but his reputation preceeded him.  Beuys had controversial feelings towards the US. His first art project in the United States, the action I Like America and America Likes Me, took place at Block's gallery in 1974. For this performance, Beuys traveled to Manhattan wrapped in felt, and then spent a week with a coyote, engaging it in a number of ritualistic encounters. For the 1987-88 exhibition at Dia Center for the Arts (New York), Lynne Cooke wrote...
