I bought this book which is written by experts of data converter design. It introduces some latest architectures I've not saw in other books. I can easily understood the basic idea to design delta-sigma ADCs. It is one of the greatest books.

This is a very easy to read and informative book. I highly reccomend it to any musician or music lover. He gives lots of interesting information and backs up his claims.

I bought this as a text to a class on Baroque Performance Practice. Along with brilliant lectures from my Professor Dr. Timothy Howard, this book was exactly what it took to bring a rounded, informed, and accurate base on which to interpret my Baroque repetoire. Highly recommend, the beginning and end of Baroque interpretation.

Her detailed coverage of style, form and structure makes it useful for the listener too if you can read music and follow Nissman's copious music examples. From Wild West Boogie to Tijuana Trolley all 18 songs are great. I really enjoyed learning to play piano with this book. If you are a beginner to piano and are wondering where to start the Bastien Piano books are a great start. When I started I had no clue what series to start with. The Bastien or the Kasschau series? Should I do Theory or just skip it? All of these questions, and more, flipped through my head. This is the place to start. The Bastien Piano Basics books are great. I learned how to play piano by them. 3 years later I am a great piano player and I really enjoy it. This Book is a great one of the series because it has some sonds that you know, like La Cucaracha and The Washington Post March, and some you don't, but will still enjoy, like Jumping Jacks and Fireworks. This is a great book for everyone to enjoy.

This book is for the fairly serious scholar of music interested in an in-depth examination of Beethoven's Violin Sonatas. It is not for beginners in the study of music history. A high degree of familiarity with music theory and with the works in question, as well as with Beethoven's piano sonatas and many other works, is assumed. In that context, however, the book is a treasure, with a great deal of truly original and captivating insights into these unique and emblematic works. This originality of a necessity creates rather sharp stylistic and theoretical differences among the perspectives of the various authors. Seek the uniform taxonomical approach elsewhere. Musical citations are abundant and beautifully laid out on the page, although occasionally their sheer size demands that they not be placed immediately opposite the relevant text. The notes and bibliographical references are very useful to students seeking further study of the composer and his world.

I Came across this book at the library and decided it was time to get my own copy. It focuses on information for the beginner as well as teaching techniques for instructors. It goes very in depth as to what makes a good trainer plane, equipment, and flying practices. This book stresses on-the-ground and in-the-air safety. There are many great pictures and diagrams and the explanations are very clear.

Miles Richardson has translated his life and career into this starkly honest and exquisitely informed offering. From within a field of vision that encompasses Neandertal (and her competitors) and Heidegger, Jimmy Swaggart and Hank Williams, Holy Water and hard living, the New Testament and Post-moderism, he works with the care of a paleantologist unearthing a new fossil.

I don't kow of another text in which theoretical sophistication and spiritual sensitivity are woven so seamlessly with the flesh and blood of ordinary believers. Richardson has clearly lived among (and broken bread with) his subects. He treats them with exceptioanal good will.

Miles tells a mean story, bringing to bear a lifetime of study, observation, reflection and care. He's funny. And he writes.
