Dr. Watson is an impeccable gentleman who is also an excellent professor. Thus, it came as no surprise to me when I uncovered the depth and scope of his research on the collapse of Soviet communism. Dialectical materialism and Sovietology are clearly presented and I came away with a profound understanding as to why the great experiment of the twentieth century failed.

Providing a treatise on Internet and Online Law is not easy. It is almost impossible. The range of topics to deal with includes all the main substantial law subjects and intersects with various elements of International Law and Jurisdiction just to name a few. This book does it egregiously. I used it for research: the only limit is that focuses mainly on U.S. Law (despite other countries are coming up with interesting solutions and answers). As far as the rest is concerned, it is all positive: updated, wide range of case law fully explained, easy to read (with at least a basic understanding of the law and the internet jargon). It also provides practical examples and solutions for those who are engaged or wish to engage in the Internet Business. I also found very interesting the Chapter regarding Securities Law and Copyright.

Comeaux has put together an array of ideas. The use of online collaboration is an important area, which is evolving quickly. Thanks for your contribution.

I first heard about this book in the Harvard Business Review under the topic of peer-to-peer leadership training. It is that and more. It describes a great method of building communities of practice online and how to effectively lead online discussion forums. I am a better online teacher because of the lessons from Ms. Dixon. These ideas are not just for Army leaders but can be applied to any group which is distributed but needs to share knowledge and stay connected. I eagerly await the second edition!

After reading several books and on-line articles on non-profit management, I have found this book to be one of the most helpful that you can find. It has everything from strategic planning, to board and staff relations. What a great book! Even with my years of experience in working with non-profit organizations I still found this book to be very helpful.

I bought this book when renovating my old house so I could plan my new heating system. The book replaced my out of date Audels Guide, and answered my questions.

It's VERY complete with great illustrations. This came in handy when ordering parts at the plumbing supply house. I now know the function of components I have seen for years, but never really understood what they did. Great book for planning or upgrading your system. Looks like it has some real useful troubleshooting procedures also, although my new system is up and running fine thanks to this manual.
